As everyone was expecting him through the door, Khushi saw him first. But Arnav didn't expect her there. He actually shook his hands with the staffs and then only he noticed her standing near the presentation board along with Lavanya.

Arnav: You… What the hell are you doing here… (Saying this he gritted his teeth)

Everyone were shocked to see him in anger and sensed something went wrong. Harish is now so clear that the incident which Khushi had narrated to him is none other than his son's.

Arnav: Get out… (He yelled and his voice is heard all over the office… this made Khushi to came out from her frozen state with a jerk)

Others gaped at him. Harish sensed the situation and came close to him.

Harish: Arnav… She's my PA Kh….

Arnav: Khushi… (He finished it to everyone's surprise…. Even Khushi looked him shockingly as she didn't know how come he knows her name)

Harish: (Realising the situation) Arnav… whatever it is… we can discuss later… please… (He said calmly which made Arnav at look around others as he's sure that she's can't escape from him now)

Then Harish nodded and everyone was seated in their respective seats. Without taking his eye from Khushi he took the seat beside Harish. Lavanya understood everything and touched her hand. This made her to move her stare from ASR to Lavanya.

NK: Adi… I think she had already messed with him… (Sadly muttering to him)

Adi: Poor Khushi… (He felt pity for her worrying what's going to happen to her)

Arnav stared her sharply from head to toe which made something in her stomach. She tried to be normal though Arnav noticed the effect of his stare on her and smirked.

Harish: Khushi… Are you ready for the presentation…? (He's a bit worried abot her condition)

Khushi: Yes Sir… (She said confidently avoiding Arnav's eyes)

Then the light went off and the presentations were projected in the white board one by one. Before starting her presentation, she noticed that Arnav hadn't moved his stare from her. His eyes were sharp even in the dark. She closed her eyes and tried to forget his presence. Then praying her Devi Mayya, she started her presentation. Arnav remained very keen in observing her and her presentation. She explained very neatly abot their recent projects, clients, achievements, profit rate… on behalf of Harish. When she finished, Harish felt very proud of her. Arnav thought "Not bad" then Lavanya continued the remaining presentation on behalf of Anuj. This helped Arnav to know the status of their company.

Then the light came. Still Arnav is looking at her only. Adi and NK were very eager for the meeting to end as they wanted to enquire Khushi abot what happened. Harish and Anuj tapped Khushi and Lavanya's shoulder gently for they have done a good job. They used to encourage them every time. It actually made Khushi and Lavanya to do even perfect than before.

When the meeting ended, other staffs returned to their cubicles. Arnav now advanced towards Khushi who just held Harish's hand for support. Sensing her fear, Harish asked her to check abot the client's meeting which is going to be after lunch. She didn't miss that chance and thanking Harish wholeheartedly inside she just ran from the conference room followed by Lavanya, Adi and NK. Anuj took excuse as he had other works. Now… only Harish and Arnav stood there.

Arnav: Fire her… I don't want her around… (He started)

Harish: Arnav… She told me everything earlier not knowing that you are my son… I even don't know that it was you… She's a nice girl… (He supported her)

Arnav: Are you taking her side… (He threatened his dad emotionally)

Harish: Nope… (Remembering their past)... haa…I can make her to apologize for her sayings… What do you say… (He actually wanted to sort this issue smoothly but Arnav had something else in his mind)

Arnav: Apology… I can get it from her by myself… (Said sternly indicating that he's never changed)

Harish: Arnav… Khushi is a very smart, talented girl… She's pretty, bold, kind, modern and very soft in nature… (He's happy to tell abot his PA)

Arnav: I don't like pretty girls… (He just said flatly)

Harish: Yeah… I know… (Remembering Chintu)… She didn't mean to hurt you…

Arnav: Dad… Enough… I said I can deal her by myself…

Harish: Okay… Just don't be rude… (Saying this he thought it's of no use to talk to him… he thought abot Khushi…)

In the meantime, Lavanya had explained to Adi and NK of what had happened. They just gaped at Khushi. She looked at them.

Khushi: Guys… You are just frightening me… (She's scared)

Adi: No no… We didn't mean that…

NK: Yes Khushi… We were just thinking abot how to help you…

Khushi: Devi Mayya… What have I done… Ohhh… (Saying this she kept her hand on her head)

Very soon… this news spread throughout the office. Everyone worried abot Khushi as they like her very much.

Then Harish left to his cabin. Arnav too returned to his cabin and was thinking how to encounter her with a smirk. Then he came towards his cabin's rear windows where he can see the entire office in the ground floor. Yes… Others cubicles including Khushi and Lavanya were in the ground floor. Then the stair goes upwards showing left and right. Towards left is the conference room and right are the cabins of Harish, Anuj, Adi, NK and Arnav. Others when looked up they can only see the rear windows of their cabins but they can view the entire office through their rear windows.

Arnav looked for Khushi and there she is laughing with Adi, NK and Lavanya. Yes… Adi and NK finally made her to laugh. "Laugh as much as you can" thought Arnav with a wicked smile. Slowly Adi and NK returned to their cabins. Khushi and Lavanya checked the clients meeting file. Khushi thought to meet Harish. So she walked towards the stairs. When she is about to step up, she noticed him staring her furiously.

She scared a bit thinking abot the comments she got from Adi and NK abot him. Then she closed her eyes and thought "Khushi' Stop fearing' What have you done' You have replied him in his way' remember how he showed the bundle of cash' how rudely he said that we were doing this for only money' so stop worrying' you can deal this' just be cool" she calmed herself. Then she looking at Arnav took the stairs. He stared till her figure disappeared.

She knocked the door and entered Harish's cabin. He felt helpless. He knew that Arnav is going to hurt her in any means. But before he could utter anything'

Khushi: Sir' Am so sorry' I didn't mean to hurt your son' You know that he did mistake by behaving rudely' (She slowly started)

Harish: Khushi' I accept' If you want am ready to apologize to you on behalf of my son' (Saying this he stood and came towards her)

Khushi: What' No no Sir' You didn't do anything' Don't say anything'

Harish: Khushi' I know you were rite' but my son' he's rude' always rude from birth' I tried to change him' but he started to hate me' still he's hating me'

Khushi: Sir' (She felt crestfallen watching him upset as for the first time he's opening his heart)

Harish: You know'It took these many years to convince him to return' If I support you again Chintu' then he won't forgive me in the lifetime'. (He's totally lost)

Khushi: Chintu' again' (She couldn't get it)

Harish: (Realising what he had uttered) Khushi' I mean you' (He covered)

Khushi: Don't worry Sir' I can't see you like this' You are my boss' I always have great respect for you in my heart'

Harish: I know that Khushi' (He touched her head affectionately' as they shared a father-daughter bond other than boss-PA)

Khushi: Sir' If you permit me' Can I talk to him' I mean atleast I will try to explain him'. (She said hesitantly)

Harish: Really' (He's so happy)

Khushi: Yes Sir' Atleast I will give a try' (She dragged)

Harish: Oh thank you Khushi' I want this issue to sort smoothly' But' (His face changed) you don't know anything abot him' he will try to hurt you' (He's worried)

Khushi: Sir' I will try to handle him' don't worry' (She said assuring him)

After that she informed him that the Client's meeting arrangement was checked. Then Harish extended a file to her and asked her to give him in personal so that she can talk with him. She nodded smiling sweetly and left his cabin with that file. But in the meantime, Arnav took his intercom and ordered something from the HR department. It reached his cabin within ten minutes. He took the file and opened it with a smirk.

Khushi took a deep breath and prayed her Devi Mayya to give her courage and strength before knocking his door. Then when she thought to knock she heard "Come in". So she opened the door with a bit scared. There he's waiting for her sitting on the table with a smirk. He continued.

Arnav: Ms. Khushi Kumari Gupta' Age 22' Finished your graduation along with Lavanya'. And joined PSR Designs a year before without any experience' (He said sternly looking at her throwing the file on the floor)

She just gaped him and the door automatically closed trapping her in his cage. She turned and looked the door with a jerk.

Arnav: You made it very easy to find you' (Smirking' Stood and came towards her)

She felt shivering. Looking her from toe to head he closed the gap. He stood in front of her like this

Arnav: Okay' Apologize' for your sayings'. (He folded his hands on his chest)

Khushi: What' (She looked his eyes)

Arnav: That's why you came here' Say it' (He said rudely)

Khushi: Excuse me' You are demanding an apology from me'

Arnav: (He looked her sharply)

Khushi: Let me clear a thing' It was you who behaved so rudely there' Actually you owe me an apology' (She said steadily)

Arnav: What the' You think I will apologize to you' my foot' (He's furious gritting his teeth held her shoulders hardly)

Khushi: Don't touch me' (She struggled and freed from his grip)

Arnav: How dare you' (He held her wrist tightly)

Khushi: I said' don't touch me' you have no rites to touch me' (This time she struggled but in vain as he had held so firmly)

Arnav: I have' You are working under me' (He gritted his teeth)

Khushi: Yeah' Am working under you' but it doesn't mean that you can touch me'

Arnav: I will' I will do anything' (He closed the gap getting even closer to her)

Khushi: Don't you know how to behave with a girl' (Suddenly her words remained him of Chintu and he freed her)

Arnav: (He looked at her furiously)

Khushi: (Gaining courage) For your information' I just came here to hand over this file' (She walked past him and kept the file on his table)

Without waiting she rushed to the door. But it was too late as Arnav kept his hand on the door stopping her. She breathed heavily due to his sudden closeness.

Arnav: You will regret for what you are doing' (She can feel his breathe)

Khushi: Lets see who regrets whom' (Saying this she moved back and pulled the door knob with her full strength which made him to take his hand instantly)

Without wasting time she almost ran out from his cabin with heavy breathes. She jerked hearing a bang behind her as Arnav had banged the door with his fist in anger.

"Khushi' What have you done' Instead of settling this issue you stirred it more' Okay' We stirred it'. We will face it'" though she thought bravely she felt fear in deep.
