What a beautiful update. Attraction and young love looks all rosy and pretty, but it is only true love that can withstand adversities like this - where nothing is certain, nothing is pretty. If one loves unconditionally, they will get through this and emerge stronger, and happier. And I guess thats where Khushi and Arnav are today. Especially Khushi, she has given all of herself to him in all these days. I think we can more than forgive her for her inability to stick to her decisions in the past. For such a young woman, Khushi has shown tremendous courage and sensitivity.
Yet, I am a little disappointed in Arnav. Why must he take her compromise for granted? She decided to compromise on everything she believes in, take the more difficult path even though she is so young... and he won't even consider the idea of rethinking his views? What the hell! I don't even expect him to change - if he even ponders over it I would be happy. But no, he is more than happy to have Khushi walk on fire. At this point I almost feel Khushi is too good for him...
Anyway, I will wait for you to tell me more before I get mad at him :P Amazing update! And I love Naani :)
When Twiggy comments like this, what can mere mortals like me add more? Twigs you put it in such clear words what I wanted to say.
When everyone was flagging Khushi for her indecisions earlier, I was like pl give her a break. Maybe I was looking back at a time when I was her age. For 21 yr old, she is quite mature, sensitive, a lot more giving and also courageous.
I am glad she got that clarity which was badly needed reg her relationship with Arnav. But you know when you are in a relationship, it changes you subtly as well as drastically. And generally I think it goes both ways.(I mean both the persons). But I am really not happy with Arnav in this regard. The way Khushi realized after near experience of losing him, hasn't he pretty much knocked on death's door and made it back? Generally these experiences change people. But Arnav is NOT ready to change his beliefs even by mm? Whats important for him? Khushi's happiness or his own beliefs? Will it hurt if he bends a little?
He told he will be with her every step of the way but I think he is clueless for a family in india ho scandalous it is to have a daughter staying with a man without marriage! For all our forward thinking and progress, I see it on daily bases how we think on these matters. When she has selflessly signed up for this, would it hurt a little if he is sensitive towards her?
It hurts me that Khushi is doing all the sacrifices and Arnav enjoys the fruit and more sympathy as well esp post accident!
