I was actually thinking into something like somebody ELSE donning the persona of Khushi's attacker(Lets call him X), just for one night.
Just think how convenient it could be? Obviously, because this guy runs around being judge, jury and executioner himself, media and news would naturally circulate his stories to be immortalized in public memory. Maybe Akash's wife did have some enemy, a clever one at that. He has been waiting for an opportunity and BANG, one presents itself to him. Maybe Akash's wife gets into a very minor scrupple, something like jumping the red light. She manages to escape the entire court proceeding by asking her husband to pull a few strings. People do that at times, and its not even something polite company would say "haawww" over
Akash's wife's enemy, let us call him A, gets the wind of this. Slowly, he formulates a plan. It would be so simple, just wear the costume of X for one night, and kill the wife and for a good measure, the child.
Of course this plan has so many holes, the biggest one being what would the wife of a respectable doctor be doing with a clever enemy out for her blood.
But then if we worked out the fine details, it kind of fits in, nahi?
