Hi guys I am back with another short os ...this is kind of sad so read at your own risk...
Taani clutched her stomach and smiled to herself. She had a glow any pregnant women would have. Taani was 2 months pregnant and looking more beautiful then ever. She smiled looking at Rey. He was kneeling down in front of taani and playing with the baby in his own funny way. He placed his ears on her stomach as she watched his face turn into a grin.
" I can hear her kicking".
" so sure it's a girl?"
" it has to be..daddy's little girl and believe me...she will be as beautiful as her mother."
Taani blushed furiously. She wasn't sure how he still had this effect on her. Rey got up and pulled her towards him by her waist. She blushed a Deeper shade of red if it was even possible. He gave her a small peck on her cheek and smiled at her.
" I love you so much taani and when she is born our family will be complete."
" again she? You do know that there is a 50% chance of it being a boy right?"
She smiled as she saw her husband shoot his eyebrows eyes indicating that he was thinking.
" hmmm...will it be an aditi or Aditya?"
Now it was taani's turn to get confused.
"Aditi or Aditya ?"
"Ya..if it is a girl aditi and if it is a boy Aditya ."
Taani burst out laughing at her husband's reply while Rey stared at her in confusion.
"God Rey you are so filmy...but okay..If it is a girl aditi and if it is a boy Aditya...happy?"
Saying so she pinched his cheeks while he just smiled at her.
"Okay..okay..very funny now let's got to your Bhai and bhaabi's house...isn't it Rohan's ( Sharon and swayam's son) birthday today..."
" ya...but I don't really want to go..."
"Why not?"
"Nowadays...there are always so sad...and they are so negative towards me and they don't even talk to you.."
"I am sure they have a valid reason...besides don't you want to see your nephew?"
" ya but..."
"No buts...let me drop you there in a cab..."
After a lot of persuasion taani agreed. They reached the shekawat mansion and Rey walked taani towards their doorstep. Rey turned around to walk away when taani callee out to him.
" Rey...aren't you coming in ?"
"No I have some important work I will pick you up soon.."
With that Rey left. Taani rang the doorbell. The door opened and she saw a cute 3 year old boy.
"Hi rohan."
" chaachi!!"
He ran towards and hugged her legs. Taani picked him up and swung him around as he giggled mischievously .
" who is that roh..."
Sharon stopped mid sentence. As she saw taani.
" woh ..bhabhi today ..."
She couldn't complete her sentence as Sharon ran towards her and embraced her with all her might. Taani hugged her back and smiled. But once They broke the hug her smile immediately vanished when she saw that Sharon was crying.
"Bhabhi why are you crying?"
" oh it's ..it's nothing...just very happy to see you"
At that moment swayam entered and was shocked to see taani.
" taani?"
" Bhai !!"
She ran towards him and gave him a hug.
Swayam hugged her back and again taani was shocked to discover that swayam was crying too.
"What's wrong with everyone...why are you guys crying?"
"No it is nothing taani..Why have you suddenly showed up?" Said swayam.
"It is Rohan's birthday ..so I thought.."
" you should have called us I would have sent swayam to pick you up.."
" no it's okay ..Rey dropped me off here in a cab.."
Everyone's smile had vanished while Sharon plopped down into the couch and burst into tears. Swayam sent rohan into his room and stared into the wall. Taani followed his gaze and was shocked and angry to see what she saw.it was a photo of Rey with a garland on it.
" you guys still haven't took it down! How many times do I have to tell you guys that Rey is alive! You have a child here for gods sake! What did Rey ever do to you guys to deserve this?!!"
Sharon could only cry while swayam stood like a statue trying to find words to say. Taani marched over to the photo and tore the garland away from the frame frantically while hot tears made its way out of her eyes filled with rage.
"I thought you were cured taani..." Said Sharon in between her sobs in a feeble voice .
"You guys need to be cured if you want to kill a man who is alive!"
Swayam couldn't contain himself any longer he grabbed taani from her shoulders as tears streamed down his face which was distorted by anger and worry.
"Taani!! Snap out of it!! You are pregnant for god's sake!! Rey died a month ago in an accident! He is gone and he is never coming back... Please accept it and move on.."
Taani stood dumbstruck and angry. She was having an inner battle whether to believe what he was saying or not . All the moments she spent with Rey in the morning came back to her in a jolt and she pushed him away with all the force she could muster.
"He is not dead! You hear me!"
Swayam clutched his head in frustration while Sharon got up and walked towards her .
"We will help you through this taani "she said as she hugged her.
Taani tried to fight her way out of it but she couldn't. After a long struggle she hugged her back letting out all the pain and frustration she felt. Swayam hugged both of them in a last desperate attempt to help taani.
"You need help taani" she said as she saw her 'dead' husband approaching her yet again...
Done...sorry if it was too depressing..there will only be one part ...it was just something I thought of writing down...sorry if I hurt anyone's sentiments ..it was notintended. Pls share your views about it ..both positive and negative comments are welcome...
