Instead of Khushi and Arnav, it is Payal and Aakash who get married on the sly.

Love this Aakash who can stand for himself and for his wife.

Love Mamiji who, even though he is upset with Payzl Aakash, upports them when Buaji abuses Payal.

Arnav was smart in bringing Shashi in as he knew Shashi will hold an unbiased view on whatever is happening in the Gupta- Raizada households.

Love how Khushi and Arya love each other.

Arnav declares his love for Khushi at last.

This is what she was waiting for. This is what we all were waiting for. Thanks for fulfilling our wish.

Every time we ask you for an update, you are one of the rare ones to inform us individually when you are updating. That is really very sweet of you.

loved the update, especially as I wasn't expecting one at present!

what I feared, happened... neither the raizadas nor the guptas were happy with the akash-payal elopement, especially as all the explanantion they gave was that they love each other and that the second reason would be revealed later! that seemed such a lame excuse, no wonder all those embarrassing questions were asked... didn't approve of akash's ultimatum that if their marriage wasn't accepted, he and payal would leave for uk, as it only heightened the unpleasantness... kudos to anjali for realising the reason for the hasty marriage and also seeing to it that no words were spoken in anger that might create fissures in the various relationships... arnav welcoming payal into the family was the right thing to do though, to the elders, it might have looked as if he were cocking a snook at them! though wished he had opened up about his plans to marry khushi, especially when he and anjali brought food for nani, mama and mami in nani's room... that was the right time to make clear his intentions rather than just saying that they should give akash and payal a chance to open up to them... bringing it out later before the guptas, without having spoken to the raizadas aboutt his plans would have hurt them... this whole part didn't make any sense to me!

akash trying to have his suhaag raath in the midst of all this angst was funny! that was a timely interruption... thank god it's not just arnav's and khushi's romantic moments that get interrupted!

buaji nearly slapping payal and akash stealing arnav's lines from the show wasa nice touch... mami coming to payal's support was nice... in the midst of all this, seeing garima's pain and doubts as to whether she wasa good mother was heart-breaking... really felt for her when she moved away unable to face the betrayal of trust by both her daughters... the only consolation was that she finally realised the strong bond that existed between khushi and arya... arya is truly khushi's daughter, as per khushi's thoughts and as acknowledged by shashi gupta when he is reminded of the garima-khushi image on seeing khushi and arya together... a clever move on arnav's part to get shashi to shantivan... cool heads were needed when emotions were running high!

trust khushi to throw a spanner in the works when everything was on the way to being smoothened out! arnav's frustration and confusion at her seeming obtuse perverseness was humorous... but khushi had every right to hold back till arnav confessed with those immortal words, "That I love you, dammit"... these are truly iconic lines, and a plain 'I love you' now seems pretty bland! the variations you brought in were damn hilarious but clearly showed that this revelation and acceptance came as quite a shock even to the great arnav singh raizada: He loves her? He loves her? He loves her? He loves her? He loves her??? F***! He loves her!!!!!!!! 😆
