Dadi: sit beta, well you are looking so good in this suit. I prefer you should wear both indian and western attire. And this red color suits you.

Khushi lowered her eyes not looking at Arnav right now. But Arnav was only starring at Khushi.

Khsuhi: dadi, I wanna say that….(cut by Arnav)

Arnav: lets talk tomorrow. I have some meeting early morning and so I am leaving.

Arnav went out of the room telling dadi that he has something very important to tell the next day and asked her to be there in time. Khushi's heartbeat rose when Arnav told this because she knew that what he is going to discuss. She has other things to do ie to help Anjali, to make her life valuable and much more, explaining her own jiji who is very angry on her. But right now is has to keep herself back and keep her loved once ahead as usual.

Khushi wants to discuss something with Dadi about Anjali but when she recalled Anjali's words that Dadi and Arnav are against sending back Anjali and may be that was the reason Arnav got angry on the dinner table. She, so didn't asked anything to dadi. She just led down beside dadi but it was a sleepless night for her.

Whole night she was making plans for what she has to do the next day. But in the process she became thirty and went out of the room to get some water in the kitchen.

The lights were off and she didn't know where the switch is. So she opened her cell phone to get some light and the switch board. In the front she couldn't find it so she turned around. But the next second she has three o's on her face. There was Arnav standing just an inch away from her. And without wasting anytime they both asked each other the same question with same words.

" what are you doing here?"

Arnav: you tell first, I asked you first.

Khushi: no I asked you, anyways ladies first.

Arnav: right, that is what I am saying, answer me first. And don't try to act smart in front of me.

Khushi: fine, I have came to take a bath here.. now happy?

Arnav: seriously? Well then what are you waiting for? Take bath.

He said it with a devil smile on his face which was visible in low light of khushi's cell phone.

Khushi: I am waiting for you to move out. Now tell me what are you doing? ( she said this with grumpy face)

Arnav: to see you to take bath, but I guess you are scared to take it alone in this dark.. right?

Khushi: shut up, Arnavji. What the hell are you saying? Anyways I just came here to have some water.

Khushi took out the bottle but it was snatched by Arnav. When Khushi tried to argue on this, he started moving forward to close the gap between them and got hit on something. But before she could do something Arnav pulled her by her arms towards him and they were almost in the position of hug.

Khushi can listen his heartbeat which was not so usual but a bit faster. Was that heartbeat rose because of her? But why? And above this why Khushi's heartbeat was raising? She' face was still on Arnav's rock hard chest. She moved back but it seems that something was still is stopping her from moving back. Its not something but Arnav's strong arms. He was not letting her go. She was trying hard.

" what the hell are you doing, Arnavji? Let go off me, why are doing this, you are breaking our rules as always…. I said leave me." Khushi said to Arnav in a low voice so that no one can hear and get disturbed.

Arnav: I am hugging my girlfriend, do you have problem?

Khsuhi: yes I have because I am ….(cut by Arnav)

Arnav(freeing her): ok fine, don't be angry again…….(pause) jijaji was there.

Arnav said this and moved some steps away from her and was in a way to his room. But he was feeling good.

" why I feel good right now. Why I am not feeling like a jerk when I sometimes try to flirt or girl flirt with me? Is it because she saved me, my life? Wait I want the reason at any cost", Arnav thought and with that he ran back to the kitchen, opened the light and saw Khushi still standing there, drinking water.

He held her hand and walked to the poolside where he can interrogate Khushi. Yes it will be an interrogation because of the way he asks.(lol). He made her sit on the chair and himself in the front. He shifted her chair close to him.

Arnav: I am going to ask you only one question for only one time, hope you will not disappoint me.

Khushi didn't answer anything but was feeling disguised and was looking somewhere else.

Arnav: why did you saved me that day and why you were crying standing out of the operation theatre?

Khushi: I am not in a mood to answer any of your question and regarding this question, I guess I have told you.

Arnav(clutching his jaws ): don't act smart with me Khsuhi kumari gupta, and dare not talk to me like that. Look at me and answer me.

Khushi looked into his eyes but her eyes were wet, just thinking of that moment. She still managed to control.

Khushi: at that day, I was walking on the streets. I was tensed because of my Babuji's financial condition and I was not getting any buyer for my software. They all said no to me, even who said yes to buy, said no in the end. Everything was getting negative for me. I saw a jalebie shop and I ran there to have them, to decrease my tension. But I saw a car, and then you were in the car. No one was helping, everyone was standing and freaking out. So I took you to the hospital. And I was crying because it was the first time I faced such a thing, I was scared. Very scared, I cant see any person like that. And then when your family was not coming they asked me to ….

Khushi stopped there only. She decided not to speak a word more now. She has tears in her eyes, when she was narrating the incident.

Khushi: I don't know what has happened to me that day. Please Arnavji, don't ask me this ever in future.

She wiped her tears and again looked at Arnav who was blankly looking at her. She got up and tried to moved out of the place but before she could do so, Arnav blocked her way and pinned her to the wall behind her. He was seem not getting convinced what he heard.

Arnav(anger in his eyes): great Khushi Kumari Gupta. You are so great. Then why the hell you didn't told me before by yourself, why I cant find you in front of me one I was in conscious. Why dammit, why?

He banged his hand on the wall behind her.

Arnav: why do I got this news by someone else? Wait, I got it.

He left Khushi and moved back. Khushi was no less than confused.

Arnav: you might have thought that when I will get to know your great act towards me then I will be so much thank full to you that I will offer you even more money, right Khushi Kumari Gupta?

Shock was a understatement for Khushi right know, but she pushed Arnav on his chest " you are a jerk, I hate you!". she ran from there to Dadi's room. Arnav again banged his hands on the wall.

He turned to get back to his room, when he saw Akash standing there.

Akash: bhai are you ok?

Arnav: no, I am not. This girl is … so unpredictable. But what are you going here?

Akash: nothing, actually it's a long time that we didn't had a chat, so I just came here for..(cut by Arnav)

Arnav: come sit. All ok.. I mean you and Payal.

Akash: yes bhai, but don't you think that you should be a little soft to Khushi. She is a nice girl.

Arnav: are you saying this because she is Payal's sister? Or because she saved me?

Akash: because she saved you, bhai. There are only few people in this world who hide their good deeds otherwise people shout about what good they have done, even if they don't have done they pretend. But she is different, bhai. She is not like others, she is not a gold digger.

Arnav: so you heard us?

Akash: sorry, but yes. Please think about what I have said.

Akash went to his room. But he decided to talk to Payal about this, at this hour only. So he called Payal.

Payal was hell angry on Khushi that why she hided such a big thing from her that she is a fake girlfriend of ASR. But anyhow Akash made her calm. And asked her to talk to Khushi and don't be angry on her as she needs Payal's moral support not her anger. Payal understood the matter and promised Akash to talk to her like a lovely sister.

But still Akash has some doubts. " if she wants to hide such a small thing from bhai, then what she is the same person who paid?? No man this cant be happeneing. I have to search" akash thought.
