both d stories r just amazing.
Both os them, terrace tale n a tale in red are really. I read both them in one go.

loved it! loved it! loved it!

both are intriqued by each other, but chose to ignore it,
thinking that the other is not interested...

oh, and how they hit it off once that wall is removed..! 😆
holding tight on each other's hand, gliding and teasing...
i find it so romantic..
and really love how he calls her 'sweetheart'...

Finally arrived here..even though i had bookmarked it earlier. Phew!!!

@Expel -The 1st chapter was just intriguing enough...it kept my interest piqued...and it was a tale well told. A different kind of face off on the terrace and a completely different reaction from Arnav... that of guilt rather than anger. And I loved Anjali most in your story. How I wish we had seen a stronger and more believable Anjali in the show.

@Semanti - what can I say about the Tale in Red...It was sweet, adorable and all things warm despite being set on the Ice hockey rink. Loved the details in this Tale ... loved Khushi even more. And the fact that this Kiss wasnt Missed. such a relief 😉

Looking forward to the next story from both of you.

This is the first time I'm reading your work and I'm absolutely bowled over! You write so beautifully!!! 👏 You have portrayed every single emotion so well!

The story is just so real! Like Juhi had commented - "The entire story was just so real and I'm sure a lot of us could relate to it on so many levels, after all, who has not faced the perils of an unrequited crush before?" So true!

And the irony here - "she had a fair sense of colour coordination, didn't she?" Oh yes, she does! 😉

Just loved your tribute to the Diwali almost kiss. Brought back good memories

The Ice-skating rink = Poolside

Christmas lights = Fairy lights

Khushi in red..

It had everything! At one moment I was giggling over Khushi's antics and thoughts and the next minute I was hyperventilating ☺️

Loved their kiss ☺️

In simple words..It was just perfect! 😊

Aaahhh..Now Juhi's! Post karo..jaldi.. please? 😳

I am sorry to have taken so long to comment on the update..but..

This was freaking amazing.

It was..like...warm honey, hot chocolate, winter nights, cozy blanket, fireplace and someone to cuddle with thing...all rolled into one! (I don't know if I made any sense)

It was..JUST the kind of characters I adore (the same in the serial...simple pretty girl, popular handsome serious brooding guy...which drew me in, in the first place)

And the way you wrote about Khushi in this story was so..SO like..you know, you can actually associate her with any normal girl.

It was all so.. nice.

Sigh.

Loved it :)

Juhi - A Terrace Tale

Ohhh, I just loved it!

Even though the reasons were different as well as the circumstances, but ArHi's marriage was not at all real to begin with, but I love how Khushi didn't give up!

In the show I was kinda expecting that from Khushi rather than all the troubling she did. :/

Anyways you and you twist and secrets and turns and what not! They are just amazing! Especially when you've taken a scene or event from the show and twisted it to you likings! :)

Uff! Arnav's a man in a uniform, huh?

And as always the other characters haven't been ignored! I loved this Anjali. :)

The way out double AA (Anjali and Aman) came together and brought Arnav and Khushi together was amazing. I think I caught onto that before hand!

Also the way you write is just amazing as always! :)

Now for the quotes :)

"Things come apart so easily when they have been held together with lies." - bas***d Out of Carolina.

"I mean, if the relationship can't survive the long term, why on earth would it be worth my time and energy for the short term?" - The Last Song.(And Khushi knew this)

Hi Semanti! I don't quite know... Well I don't quite know Juhi either, but I know her work. :)

But after reading this Tale I was left awestruck! It was beyond fabulous!

From the begining to the end. Each little moment was enjoyable! :)

I loved the narration of both Khushi's and Arnav's personal lives! And I've wasn't plain and boring, even with the narration you kept us interested!

Khushi's festering little crush was anything if not sweet! :) I like how you practically created the emotion of one's first love. :)

Also the description Arnav's fascination when he had that flashback was nothing less. :)

The ice rink scene was of course my favorite!

The initial embarrassment and amusement along with the wonder and care! :)

Oh the Payal turned Ice-skate scene was just too cute! Then the in-incomplete kiss was mind blowing!

Arnav's apologizing actually made me giggle as I would have had the same reaction Khushi did! ;)

I was sad at the end, wishing that maybe like Juhi you would have decided to give us a two part Tale, but alas. Anyways the Tale fabulous either way! :)

Now for quotes. You probably don't know, but I have a fascination with reading and favorite dialouges, quotes, etc are easily memorized by me and so after each comment I give me quotes!
