Oh I love coming back to a bunch of updates on this story, because reading one at a time would be such a tease, RB! I'm not sure you like me the better for it, but yeh. *smiles sweetly*

So there was a very Castle flavor to the whole resemblance of crime scene shots with Khushi's novel details. But your personal twist on why that is the case obviously makes the story all yours!

Also, reading the last chapter made me think so much about Dexter season 1 and the whole Ice Truck Killer mystery. About how the Dexter was being manipulated through the whole thing to lead him into the discovery and place where his - oh! - sibling wanted him to be! For obvious reasons, I couldn't help but think about the killer of your story in that light. Not necessarily a sibling. But the man who has created the trail that Arnav Khushi and everyone else think they are discretely following up.

That aside, the story is super glue. It's becoming more clear and complicated at once, how Arnav and Khushi have a connected past, as your summary indicated they would. I have a feeling Sharma is not going to be so easily forthcoming, even if not for ill intentions. The fact that these two have a common past, and are here together in this moment makes for a big fat chance on several self discoveries. It's like being thrown into a deja vu to jolt some latent memories. What are the chances such a story could play itself out in real life? Reading it here almost makes me want to believe it can! 😆 Oh and, Arnav Khushi tender moments are so beautifully fit!

This is getting better and better. I must say you have planned the updates really well as each one makes me think harder and harder to connect the dots but each new update brings forth a new set of theories.
