Hi everyone 😃

firstly i want to say thank you all for the support and encouragement you have given to me when i was writing my previous os

http://www.india-forums.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=3498306

so a few of you asked me to write more on ArSh and i was happy to, so here's a new ArSh ss-somethings are best said in silence 😊
it's a story i had in mind for a while and never came about to actually write it. it's about 6-7 chapters.
so here it is, i hope you all enjoy it and please do feel free to comment/constructively criticize/press the like button lol
please give me your honesty . thanks 😃
oh, and if you would like to be pm for the updates please tell me i would be glad to pm u 😃
so here it is, enjoy 😊

Is it possible for someone to forget a major but tragic part of their life and just'move on?

Is it possible for someone to forget all the happiness and sorrow of their past and try to live life'anew?

Is it possible?

Is it?

Sometimes'the answer is unknown.

Maybe it was meant to be that way.

But sometimes'people just don't like the idea of living in the past.

And sometimes, even if they don't care again, after all that had happened, they have friends to help them.

But there was this girl.

She was'different.

She used to be the one helping people and then a time came, when she was the one who needed help and didn't want to admit it.

But there's a saying that friends will carry you and never bring you back'

But I say'

True friends will never leave your side'

True friends will stick with you throughout it all and be there to catch you when you fall.

And that's exactly what happened to her.

She fell'

And at the time, no one was there to catch her.

And then, a couple of years later,

A stranger came, probably sent by God, and he gave her the support she needed'

And step by step, he caught her'

And figuratively speaking, he taught her how to walk again.

He was able to show her the world in a new way,

Show her the world, not through the eyes she saw it with for the past years,

But with the eyes which always gave her the hope and strength to wake up each morning and face the challenge we call life.

He showed her the world through his eyes and it did help her.

But did it help her enough'

Or

Was the strength too much and it made her fall again?

Vasha Presents'

A story where hope was lost, but with time'was found'

Vasha Presents'

Some things are best said'in Silence

"Even when the universe has turned away, know that I am still here'"

Chapter 1

He looked at her through the glass wall while she played the grand piano. He was mesmerized by her; her beauty, her ability to play so well. He just wondered if she was going to sing. He wanted to know if her voice was as beautiful as her face. He stood, listening to her play without her knowledge. He was that much into her music that he was unaware when the owner of the building came behind him.

"Everyone who hears her play has the same expression."

He turned around, shocked, to find his aunt looking at him with a smile.

His aunt, Ms. Amrita Singh is the owner of this musical institution. She was fifty four years old and always possessed a love for music and fashion, classy fashion. She had no children of her own but treated armaan like a son.

He greeted her with a smile and a hug.

"My have you grown,"

He released her with a smile, "Well it has been five years."

His aunt's smile widened as he turned to continue admiring the beauty before him.

She waited a while then spoke, "Her name is Shilpa Molhotra." The guy turned his head slightly listening to his aunt, but still ensured that he could see Shilpa. She is the music instructor for all levels here."

"But does she sing?"

"Like an angel,"

"I could believe that."

"Come. Let me inform you of what happened in your absence."

Reluctantly, he followed his aunt out of the room and into the garden, which gave direct view of the room shilpa was in.

"We're now offering violin, drumming and dance lessons apart from the other instruments and we have an annual concert which both the instructors and students participate in."

She looked at armaan, who was walking but still was looking at shilpa. She smiled and stopped. He however, did not notice and continued walking.

"I saw her perform at a concert," he stopped as he realized who his aunt was speaking of. He turned his entire body to look at shilpa. His aunt stood next to him.

"I asked her to join us. She was hesitant but her family urged her to. She's been working her for about two year. The children love her and she loves them. She has a way with children. She quite reserved though. In all my years of teaching music, I have never seen someone as talented as her." Armaan listened carefully as he looked at her. "She doesn't only play the piano and sing. She also plays the violin and the guitar. She seems more attached, if that's the word I should use, to the piano and singing."

They looked at her. They saw a child entering the room and going up to her. She smiled and helped the child to sit on the bench, next to her. Then, she was helping the child to play the piano. shilpa and the child seemed to be enjoying themselves. A smiled played on Armaan's lips. Shilpa was definitely beautiful.

"I had never seen," armaan listened to his aunt while she spoke, "someone so young, so loving towards children, towards people on the whole."

"how old is she?" he asked not taking his eyes off her.

"twenty three,"

"a year younger than me,"

His aunt smiled, "yes armaan, A year younger than you."

His aunt's smile faded away.

"there's something about her though, it worries me,"

Armaan tore his eyes away from shilpa and looked at his aunt. "she smiles, often, but I can see that it's fake." Armaan glanced back at shilpa, "With the children, its real, but otherwise, it's fake. I see pain on her face, in her eyes, but she is reluctant to speak of it. But in all honesty, she is a beautiful girl; inside and out."

10 minutes later

Armaan passes by the room and hears the piano playing. He looks into the room and sees Shilpa alone. He waits a while in hope that she would sing. Then, thinking that she wasn't going to, he sighs, smiles and turns to leave. Her voice however stops him. He turns back and looks at her in amazement. She sang and played the piano with her eyes closed.

"These wounds won't seem to heal

This pain is just too real

There's just too much that time cannot erase

When you cry I'd wipe away all of your tears

When you scream I'd fight away all of your fears

And I held your hand through all of these years

But you still have (a lone tear escaped her left eye)

(she paused for a few seconds and opened her eyes. Then, she proceeded)

All of me"

She stopped playing and her eyes were full of sorrow, not tears. She looked down, wiped her cheek and smiled a sad smile.

He blinked and titled his head while looking at her.

"a girl like this, deserves to wear a smile."

He shook his and left the room.

Later that night

Armaan walked towards the window in his room. He stood with a slight smile on his face. Memories of Shilpa haunted him; her voice, her beauty'her smile. A wider smile played on his lips. He looked at the moon.

"only if I knew why she cried, I'd make sure that no more tears dare to fill her eyes." He paused for a second, "But my name is armaan malik'and I will make sure that this angel finds back her smile." He looked up at the sky as if speaking to God, "I promise."

so this is the first chapter, i hope you all liked it. please do comment, thanks 😃

Chapter 2

Almost seven days had passed. Armaan went to the institution every day, to see her and his heart smiled when he did. He admired her from afar, well, from behind the glass wall and yet, being so close, it seemed as if her eyes had not fallen on him as yet. He wanted to speak to her, but did not have the courage and this fact baffled him. Armaan; a guy who had always known what to say and when to say it, a guy, who could make any girl fall head over heels for him, was now, lost for words.

Today was no different; he went to the institution, to see her. As usual, his timing was impeccable; classes were over, and she was just experimenting with her music. He leaned against the wall engrossed in the piece she was playing and this caused him to be more taken aback when she spoke.

"I've seen you around for the past few days," her voice was soft, angelic. His eyes widened slightly as he leaned off the wall. He had realized that she had seen him. She still hadn't looked at him.

"You've been rather quiet." She looked at him when she was almost finished with her sentence.

He had opened his mouth to speak, but said nothing when she looked at him. Her beauty captivated him. He was indeed, lost for words. How was he, to speak in front of her? She got up from the bench and advanced towards him. She stopped a fair distance from him. With her head titled a little, she gave a slight smile, a slight, real smile.

"you don't say much do you?"

It seemed to him as if time had stopped. She had spoken, and smiled.

"would you at least tell me who you are?"

He gave her a small smile.

"I'm Ms. Singh's nephew. I used to be around before, as in years before."

She nods her head, not giving much away. He, however, was trying very hard not to embarrass himself; something which was never a concern for him before.

"you play very well and your voice, if I may say," he paused for a second as she glanced at him, "mimics that of an angel's," he ended and complemented most honestly.

"thank you," her voice was still soft. She turned to go to the piano but turned back hearing his voice.

"my name is armaan malik by the way," he extended his hand towards her.

She glanced at him, who wore a slight smile, and then to his hand.

"shilpa molhotra," she placed her hand in his, then removed it and proceeded towards the piano. He looked at his hand for a second and smiled. He went and leaned on the table next to the piano, with his hand crossed against his chest.

"how long have you been working here?"

"about a year and a half, two years."

"have you ever worked anywhere else?"

He was silently admiring her. The way her fingers moved against the keys, the way her hair fell against her cheeks, he was observing everything about her. He was also trying to get information. He remembered his aunt telling him that she was a reserved person. In all honestly, he wanted to get to know her and he wanted her to get to know him.

"um'" she tore herself away from the piano and looked at him. He tried to compose himself while she spoke, "well'yeah. My aunts, uncles, cousins," she smiled. His hear skipped a beat. "they kind of forced me to do concerts and stuff. I used to sing a lot more though before-" she stopped. There it was. He saw it, that pain his aunt spoke of.

"before?" he prompted softly.

A sad smile played on her lips. She shook her head, "nothing. So you teach as well or did you before?" she asked in an attempt to change the topic.

His noticed this and sighed, "umm'yea and no"

She looked at him perplexed. He smiled, "I play the guitar and I'm not an instructor but I used to be around to play to entertain the kids."

"oh that's sweet."

They heard ms. Singh calling armaan. He excused himself and left, reluctantly. She looked at him leave. She smiled and shook her head.

For the rest of the day, armaan thought about that conversation he had with shilpa. He wanted to know, what happened that was so bad, that it made her sing less. He was determined to find out and he knew he would.

i hope you enjoyed it. please do comment, give your honestly and press the like button lol. thanks 😊
