After a fun night at the club filled with romance and masti, the gang returned home tired.

Vicky - ok guys, goodnight.

Amar - yeah goodnight

Everyone went to their rooms and now the only 3 people left were Taani, Rey and Kriya.

Kriya - Hey Taani, let's go

Taani - yeah sure

As Taani started to walk away, Rey grabbed her arm and pulled her back causing her to crash into his chest. He wrapped his arms around her locking her into his embrace.

Taani - Rey aap yeh kya kar rahe hai?

Rey - aapni girlfriend se pyaar

Taani blushed at this comment and wrapped her arms around his neck.

Taani - acha pyaar karehai hai?

Rey - ha bilkul

Taani - mai bhi aapse pyaar karo?

Rey *shocked* - what? '. I mean yeah sure.

Taani pulled Rey closer to her, so close that their noses were touching. She saw Rey feel nervous and smiled at herself. She whispered in a husky voice.

Taani - aapse bahut pyaar hai mujhe

She dug her face in the crook of his neck and started placing a trail of wet kisses from his neck to his jaw. Rey tightened his grip on her waist and pulled her more into him. She kissed his forehead, his eyes, his cheeks, his nose and went in to kiss his lips. Rey became weak at the moment and his grip on her waist loosened. She moved closer and closer and their lips were about to touch when Taani heard Kriya shout her name from the top of the stairs.

Kriya who had seen all of this, burned with jealousy. She couldn't handle seeing Rey with some else and no matter what happened she was going to get him back. Taani opened her eyes to see Rey's face filled with nervousness like a kid who was about to get his exam results. She burst out laughing causing Rey to open his eyes in shock. She shook herself from his grip and turned around to run away.

Rey - TAANI, tum kaha ja rahi ho? Maine to kuch kiya bhi nahi

Taani - sorry, mujhe jana hai bye

Rey - thik hai, jao, phir mai tumaharai room mai 12 o clock aunga,

Taani - okay fine, aajana

Taani ran up the stairs only to come face to face with Kriya. Kriya composed herself and put a smile on her face.

Kriya - chale?

Taani - yeah sure.

Hours Later

Taani was still awake waiting for Rey to come and on the other hand, Rey was restlessly lying in bed waiting for it to be 12. While these two lovers were waiting to meet, a third person was awake planning a plot.

Kriya - Taani

Taani - oh aap abhi tak jag rahi hai?

Kriya - ha Taani, can you please please get me a glass of water.

Taani - yeah of course, abhi late ho

Taani walked out of the room and downstairs towards the kitchen. Here, Kriya got out of bed and went and faced the window so her face was not recognizable.

11:55: Rey got out of bed and tip toed to Taani's room. Rey sneaked into her room but everything was dark. He saw a figure by the window but he couldn't see her face. Slowly, he started walking towards her and grabbed her waist. Here Taani was walking back with a glass of water.

"Rey choriye na, koi dekh layga"

Taani stopped dead in her tracks on hearing that voice. She started walking towards her room, praying to Krishnaji that what she heard was wrong

Inside Rey had thought something was wrong with Taani's voice. He wasn't getting the butterflies he did when he was around her, he didn't feel his heartbeat racing. As he turned her around, someone turned the light on.

Rey - Kriyaa, tum?

Rey instantly let go.

Kriya *giggles* - ha Rey, mai, mujhe pata tha, aaj bhi aap mujse pyaar karte hai.

*CRASH*

The noise of a glass dropping woke everyone up in the house and everyone ran towards Taani's room. Rey saw Taani standing there with tears in her eyes once again. Sharon stood up from her bed trying to figure out what happened. Everything was pin drop silent until Rey found his voice.

Rey - no Taani, jo tum samajh rahi ho, woh nahi hai, mujhe to laga tha ki yeh tum thi.

The gang arrived in Taani's room and everyone was confused with what was happening. Taani was standing there in tears with a broken glass in front of her, while Rey was looking at her with pleading eyes while Kriya had a 100 watt smile on her face.

Swayam - kya hua hai yapai?

Taani heard Swayam's voice and hugged him. She buried her face into his chest and let all the tears fall from her eyes. This confused everyone even more. Swayam pulled Taani into his arms and rubbed her back. Rey walked towards Taani and tried to take her into his arms, but Swayam shook him off.

Swayam - tune meri behen ke saath kya kiya hai?

Rey - dekh swayam, ki pehle tu gussa hoi, mere baath sunle, yeh ek misunderstanding hai.

Taani's anger boiled at the word "misunderstanding"

Taani - yeh misunderstanding hai? Misunderstanding Rey? Really? Mai apne room mai akhe dekh thi hu ki mere boyfriend ne apni ex ko apne arms mai liya hua hai aur yeh ek misunderstanding hai? Rey, agar aap kush nahi thai aur agar aap ko Kriya sai hi pyaar karte thai, to yeh sab kyun? Kyun kiya aapne mere feelings ke saath Mazak? Bas ek baar, ek baar aap kehdate ki aap Kriya sai pyaar karte, mai apne aap, aap ko chor dati. Kyun Rey, kyun?

Rey - Nahi, Taani, asa nahi hai, mai tumse pyaar karta ho

Taani chuckled humorlessly.

Taani - I don't care, kyunki mai aapse nafrat karti hoon

Taani's words pierced Rey's heart. He felt the time around him stop and he felt every piece of his heart shatter. Swayam who was raging with anger stepped forward to punch Rey in the face. Taani grabbed Swayam's hand.

Taani - he's not even worth it bhai. Kya hum kal ja sakhte hai please bhai?

The whole gang looked at Rey in disgust, who was too busy still absorbing Taani's words.

Swayam - of course, aur aaj tum Simmi aur Rinni ke room mai sona, Sharon tum bhi.

Taani and Sharon nodded picking up their stuff and walking towards the door but Swayam wasn't done yet. He grabbed Rey by his shoulders and started shouting.

Swayam - Maine tujse yeh expect nahi kiya tha Rey. Tu to mera bestfriend tha, isliya maine tujpe eyes close karke trust kiya, laykin tune kya kiya? Mere behen ka dil thordiya. Kis chize ka badla leh raha hai tu?

Swayam grabbed Rey's hand and walked towards Kriya. He grabbed Kriya's hand and put it in Rey's.

Swayam *sarcastically* - I hope tum dono kush raho.

Kriya who hadn't spoken a word was now happier than ever. Rey was finally hers.

Kriya - We will.

Swayam looked at Kriya with disgust and then turned to look at Rey on last time. Rey was still not over what Taani had said and was staring at her. Swayam looked at Rey and his heart melted for a second but the coldness returned faster.

He turned around and walked out of that room holding Taani's hand. Quickly, the room cleared out and now the only people left were Kriya and Rey.

Rey just couldn't digest what Taani had said. He had been standing like a statue unaware of anything since those words that left her mouth. "I don't care, kyunki mai aapse nafrat karti hoon" Taani .. His Taani hated him? She hated him? He couldn't help but thing how much of an ugly twist life had played on him.He couldn't think of anything else.All he knew was that he had to get Taani back. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
