'the unexpected connection' is the sequel of 'the heart knows'...
it will be better if u read that first...coz it will answer a lot of questions...
it will explain siddhu's character, siddhu and khushi's relation, khushi's memory loss, what happened to shyam and how anjali married siddharth, there will be a small part of a villain on phone with shyam, a little bit of ashraf who is arnav's family friend when they were in lucknow...
this story will be enjoyable if u read that...

u have to read the first story 'the heart knows' to get an insight of a lot of things including khushi's memory loss, siddharth and anjali's marriage, etc...
