Chapter 1 : Uninvited

Shilpa Malhotra was a girl of life and glitter. She was something that could shake you up. Both mentally and physically. She had an attitude that no one would ever get a hang off. Maybe because she was from Texas. She had a certain hating for Winters. The cold was freezing her brain and her steps as well. What on earth was she thinking when she had agreed to house sit her cousin's apartment till New Years? She'd rather chill in Texas with a can of her favorite beer and watch a movie or something!

As she got down the Taxi and paid the required fare, she dragged her feet and the shopping bags in her hands to the door of the apartment. Her cousin, Sid, lived like a boss. He had rich parents and no job. So he decided his life was getting too boring and he needed more action. Because all he ever did was - eat, get laid, eat, get laid, eat some more and get laid some more! So he was now off to the Caribbean's to hook up with big assed chicks! And she was here house-sitting his cold apartment for him! Wow.

She turned the knob of the door and entered the house. She frowned as her sixth sense made her feel a presence of a third party. Or should she say second party? Whatever it was, she was getting freaked. What if it was some psychotic killer or robber? Damn. She moved ahead with the baseball bat in her hand, ready to hit who so ever came in her way. Suddenly she spotted two legs dangling from one end of the couch. Man legs? Weird.

She went closer and saw what she shouldn't have seen. A huge bulky man with tattoos all over his arms and without any clothes on. Yep, he was naked. If it was someone else, she would have hit the bat on his head by now. But this particular man looked freaking hot! His perfectly toned abs and arms, his muscular calves and don't even get her started about his thing. It was humungous! And kinda erect. What? Was he busy pleasuring himself before she walked in to her own apartment? That very thought brought her out of her daze and she realized that there was an unknown naked man on her couch! Aaahhh!!!

"Who the f**k are you?" She yelled at his face, bending down a bit as he woke u with a startle.

"Huh? What?" He opened one eye and scanned her face. Damn she's fine! He thought.

"WHO.THE.f**kING.HELL.ARE.YOU?" She asked with a growl.

He got up in all his pride and stretched as he flaunted his naked body to hers. Shilpa's eyes immediately went down to see something that she didn't want to! Or did she? Come one! The man was sexy! What would it take for her to not jump into his arms right away?

"Babe, you temme who the f**k are you?"

"What?! This is my apartment! I'm living here from the past one week!" Shilpa yelled.

"This is my friend Sid's apartment! He told me I could use it while he's outta town! What he didn't temme was that he left me someone to bond with. Interesting." The man said eyeing her from top to bottom.

"Could you please put on some clothes?" Shilpa requested him, looking away.

"Why? Are you turned on?" He said flashing his dimples.

"Turned on by you? Yeah, sure! Wanna see how turned on I am when I call the cops?"

"What? I told you Sid-"

"I don't believe you. Now get dressed and get out!"

She tried to walk past him but he grabbed her arm and pushed her against the side wall, making her gasp in surprise. He just wasn't gonna let her forget that he was naked and his arousal was rubbing against her navel. Screw this man and his erection! She thought mentally.

"Look Miss. Beautiful-eyes-but-thick-skull, I'm here to stay until I please. My friend, Sid told me I could use his apartment till he came back from the Caribbean's so I don't think I'm the one who should get out. Until you temme what you're doing here, I'm not moving an inch."

"He's my cousin! And I have a name you goof-face! It's Shilpa!"

"I have a name too, Shilpa! It's Armaan Mallik!"

"It's a pleasure to meet you so now please will you let go!" She said with a tight smile.

"Not yet. Give him a call. I wanna make sure you ain't lying!"

"What? Why the f**k would I-?"

"Make the call sweetheart. I can make a call too. To the cops." He smiled smugly and left her as she fished for her cell phone in her handbag.

Having found it she quickly dialed Sid's number.

"Hey Shi! Wassup, sister!" She heard her brother address her.

"Why do I have a naked man in your house?"

"What???"

"Yes. Some Armaan Mallik claims to be your buddy and that you gave him your apartment to reside in!"

"Armaan's there already! Oh man! He said he'd come by in January or February! I'm so sorry sis! He's a dear friend who works in the Army. He's a soldier and I guess he just got leave! I need you guys to share the apartment if its not too much to ask for." Sid requested Shilpa.

Shilpa looked up at Armaan who was smirking, probably understanding that Sid had cleared her confusion.

"Okay fine! Just..just be back soon, okay?"

"Absolutely! Bye sis!"

Shilpa clamped her phone shut and turned to a now boxer-clad Armaan. She gave him a wry smile and tried not to lose her head over this gorgeous man standing in front of her. She saw him wearing The family guy boxers and scoffed. Men will be men! She thought.

"Why don't you go and change honey? Will I cook some supper for you!" Armaan joked.

"Yeah that would be great! But then I'd have to die after eating that." Shilpa threw back a show of words at him.

Armaan laughed out a lot and said, "I'm positive, this hangover is gonna rock!"

"Hangover? I'm not having sex with you."

"When did I mention sex? I just said hangover. Wait a minute! You wanna have sex with me!" Armaan grinned as Shilpa flushed.

"Yeah right! Keep dreaming, Agent Jerk!" Shilpa said as she walked towards her room.

"By the way it's Soldier, not Agent!" He shouted across the hallway as he heard her room door shut with a loud bang.
