Yes I agree Kesar's cowardice was too much to believe. I am not defending him anyway but While sketching his character,I had certain facts in mind which kind of gave a hint about his mindset.
First of all his age ,he was only young but driven by passion,for him life was never complicated unless he meets this gal who according to him requires more than what he was capable of.If you go back and see,it was not Vasant and his love which prompted Kesar to grow a cold feet but his own in capabilities and assumptions which Abir pointed out that he was not worthy of her...I understand the aversion as normal human beings do not react the way he did ,but there is some strange obsession of men with a fear of reality.They sometimes grow cold feet at sharing responsibility.His own insecurities coupled with the circumstances made him behave so..That was the worst thing a person could do...to the one whom he loves.When I go back ,it was a flaw in his character and my writing too ,even when I read it today ,the 7 year old ordeal is kektaish to me as well,SIGH me too find it OTT and dramatic..Nothing to by shy about it😆😆😆.. It was overdone LOL 😆
Regarding I LOVE YOU GULAAL ,yes the character is very strong and very similar to me as I also had dumped a uber rich guy for Love *sadly he was not a jerk like Vassy* but for me love always stands beyond money ,time and everything,it defies logics so do my stories ,which sometimes do surpass reasoning😛Well that's crazy me😳

@Chotu Govinda mate ko to sab Kesu ki wajh se jheling😆😆😆 but Ya Gulaal Tomar was one dhinchak character I know that😛 We actually had a gal as our senior and she was a RAWAT 😆 A complete nutter and bombastic gal like gullu,she actually chased a boy with a danda and held his collar and beat the hell outta him dragging him from boy's hostel,apni Gulaal usse inspired thi😆😆😆

Regarding teacher student concept,I think we had discussed this earlier too ,practically wo teacher student nahi the and umm I really do no mind such romances if ho bhi jatey hain...coz I always believe LOVE IS BEYOND LOGICS...and yes I agree Kesar leaving Gulaal was the biggest flaw in MKKDH
