In most of the love stories, when the protagonists try to recollect the point of time when they actually fell in love, it generally turns out to be a while back, which they were too clueless to recognise! The thought of Khushi salivating over Dr. Arman is funny, somehow especially when Arnav pulls her leg about it. Their childish fight over the serial and his demand that she tutor him in management make them sound like such kids rather than adults in college. Pushing off of the ground, I started walking away, but the helpless puppy won't leave me alone and so he followed me. Annoyed, I turned to face him, pointed a finger at him and motioned for him to go and sit in the corner we were at previously... nice analogy... really reminds one of owner and pet! "I'll call you whatever I want, ass, dog, bitch, moro..." "not a bitch, I'm a guy you..." hilarious! Their argument is cute, especially how quickly Khushi melts on being addressed as bachha'. She is in alt while he is disgusted at having had to speak of feelings... typical male! Anjali, aka Anju, being Arnav's younger sister is a nice touch. "No la, *hiccup* you go... *hiccup*, don't make... bhai *sneeze* wait... I'm... fine..." The sound effects, especially the sneeze in between, are just awesome. Every reader can relate to Khushi's breakdown on getting an F' [algebra and maths were such a pain for us mere mortals!]... must say, though, it was silly of her to go check the results before her computer finals... now her bad score in algebra could have an adverse effect on her other exams! Loved how the shock of Arnav hugging Khushi to console her drives out the thought of her low scores only to have it all come crashing back at his next words... a hysterical Khushi is funny and endearing. His words of reassurance and the bachha' makes one go awww'. Khushi must have been thoroughly dazzled by his kiss [even if it was on the forehead] and his proximity to have forgotten such a momentous event! Looks like Khushi and Anjali are on good terms... Anju's hunger unwittingly interrupting their make-out session is amusing as is the image of a dutiful Arnav trotting off to fulfil his sister's request. Quite a light-hearted update.
