first of all on the starting...not about story, but closeness thing... it's not you so obviously i'm not disagreeing to you. Rey and Taani are too close too soon... Is proximity between two lovers should happen through a scale... like 3 months kiss on hand, 6 months peck on lips, 1 year liplock, and 3 or 5 years or post marriage finally make love...it's more like vicky neha thing which i found really funny in their relationship...when vicky said now he wanna take a step further, and his step was a kiss. It was all above my head.
In Taani and Rey relationship, both are in love completely insanely... even when they hug it's quite comfortable for both of them... don't know about time, but both of them had reached a level where they won't feel that strangeness in each other's company, because they feel they are a part of each other, and you don't feel hesitation or shy from yourself. An example is even b4 the relationship Taani and Rey were together with Rey shirtless many times... it's a situation in which normally a girl would have run away, or shy away but for taani what mattered was Rey's being alright, nothing else.
closeness is something which just happens when you are together with your love. You feel complete with your partner in such moments...what matters is just that you guys love each other... in fact i had seen few peoples lives around me who realized that they were in love after they made love...and one more thing...in fan's stories when they get close almost everyone likes it, so why in reality point a finger..(at least in my stories my readers love that)
