A very strong chapter. Khushi's point of view is finally out. Good to read that Arnav plans on doing something to fix it. A girl needs her own identity too. Our other roles sometimes take over us. What we want, who we are etc all is forgotten.

Absolutely LOVED the update! Am SO glad that Khushi finally spoke out.

Arnav needed to know that he has been high handed with her. I think I wrote in one of my comments before that I feel no passion between them, ad this is what I meant - not the sexual combustion type but the passion that is defined by love, by being partners in the true sense, the passion and exhilaration that you feel when you are truly loved, valued and treated as an equal.

Even now I feel, other than Khushi's words, its Anjali's advice that helped put things into perspective. Her assessment of Khushi and indira being sharp and smart enough to contribute to the business gave him food for thought and opened his mind about looking at Khushi other than as his wife. Khushi's tragedy is that to Arnav she has always been his wife or Mamaji' daughter.

Even now I feel there is little remorse for his high handed treatment of Khushi. It's more a cut and dried assessment of the situation and a move to do damage control. Of course its tempered by the fact that he does love Khushi in his own way and doesn't want to see her unhappy. BUt I dunno, I just feel love cannot be deep enough or lasting enough or satisfying enough when the channels of communication are predominantly physical, as they are for Arnav. Cos the truth is, sex/ the attraction doesn't last all your life, or at least the madness doesn't - its the companionship and your ability to talk to each other and share your thoughts that become way more important.

Love the way the story is shaping up.

Too much? :-)

Congrats for the new thread and Wow that was quite a powerful and intense update. When is Arnav going to realise he needs to control his temper and he also need to know there is a time and place for having a serious or sensitive conversation. The scene in the bedroom was very intense and dominant, i felt sorry for khushi because Arnav was being quite aggressive and temperamental, but i am so glad that Khushi told him the truth about how she feels which needed to be said and Arnav did need to hear some home truths. I love the part where she said that it should not be about "You and me" rather all decisions should be about "Us". The good thing about Arnav's character he does know khushi is speaking the truth and he realises his mistake straight away and thinks how to solve them rather than denying it. Also the talk Anjali had with Arnav was about involving Khushi and Indira more into the business and family matters is spot on. Beautiful and exceptionally written update xx

What I love about this story is the relationship dynamics between Khushi and Arnav...and my fondness to Khushi's character...Somewhere she reminds me of me..or better to say that her situations reminds me of mine..

anyways coming to the update..I liked the fire of argument between Arnav and Khushi...I loved to see Arnav concerned and heartsick and his willingness to fix his mistake...

and I loved Khushi's openess in barring her heart and soul out to Arnav...she is sticking to her promise while he forgets his piece of promise...to be considered as an equal :-) and consider your partner as an equal needs acceptance to their worth and love...I hope Arnav getsthe point!
