Audacity of the man. Already married and wants to get married once again. That too forcefully. Arnav's pro-action saved the day and I am for once glad that Anjali is not as dumb as she was in the show. There is a limit to being pati-vrata.

Coming back to my original question, are you wrapping this story up? Have you thought of a new story then?

Yes, I closed the Shyam issue kind of abruptly. Here is the reason why:

I first started watching the show last July, on Youtube, and skipped most of the Shyam parts, as I was just more interested in Arnav and Khushi! But recently, I went back and started watching the entire show, and I just couldn't believe Shyam had the gall to believe that he could marry two women who were actually connected to one another, and even after Khushi found out, he was still try to gain her sympathy and thought she would fall for it and actually get with him. So after watching all his scenes, it made me even more mad, and I just wanted to be done with him. He deserves to be in jail; and they haven't even found out about his various other schemes to get rid of Anjali pre Payash wedding and also what he did to Shashi. I wish they could have made him suffer more in the outside world, but also wanted closure for Khushi, and even for Anjali. Also after watching the show, I realized that Shyam was just not that smart, his plans never worked and he didn't cover any of his tracks; and that's why I made it so easy for him to be caught. Sorry for the long explanation!!!!

I like your idea of Chinese torture; he totally deserves it...maybe the police can use those torture techniques on him during interrogation!

I also hated the dumb Anjali, could not stand her at all. And just wanted her to be portrayed as a little reasonable for once!!!

I think the story just has a few more chapters until it ends...now the focus will be back to Arnav and Khushi's relationship, which is still relatively new!
