I got my answer ... this is why Sneha didn't let know Shrey about her drunken state because she really didn't trust him or she was really unsure of them or confused about that equation.
Arnav you promised her and you are going to keep that promise.I am sure you are going to wipe her tears and fear of dark..
Sneha you are too good. You shared everything you know about her and you know that Arnav will help her.You trust him or may be you wish its him to be with Khushi not Shrey..
Arnav first time disappear his smirk.In fact it create new feeling respect for other...Khushi gains it..
Arnav felt guilty ... you have to make it man..
He told about promise to Khushi ... they become in good terms indeed..
