Chapter 2A.
After half an hour,Rathod reached Mountview Hospital.
He parked his car and went inside.
He proceeded towards the reception.
Rathod: Sister,ICU kahaan pe hai?
Sister: ICU 2nd floor pe hai,its 3rd door to your left.
Rathod: Thanks.
Sister: Your welcome,Sir.
Rathod quickly proceeded towards the lift.After a minute,the lift opened and Rathod went inside the lift.He pressed the number 2 button. Within a while,he was in 2nd floor.
Finally,he found the ICU.
He went towards the ICU and saw Chotu outside,talking with someone.Chotu noticed Rathod.
Chotu: Sir,aap aagaye.
Rathod: haan,Chotu.Riya aab kaisi hai?
Chotu: waisi hi hai,Sir.Kuch der pehle hosh aaya hai usse.Ankita aur Shree andaar hai.Aap jaiye andaar,Sir.
Rathod: hmm... Chotu,tum se ek baat share karni thi?
Chotu(amazed): yes Sir,kahiye.
Rathod: i am just worried about Riya. Rawte ne Riya ko jo dukh diya hai,usske liye,main Rawte ko kabhi maaf nahi karunga. Humein Riya ka sahara banna hai.Usski family bachpan mein guzar gaye hai.We will have to support her,Chotu.
Chotu: aapne sahi kaha hai,Sir. Riya ko kuch nahi hoga.Hum sab Riya ke saath hai aur humesha rahenge.Aap fikr maat kijiye,Sir.Aap andaar jaiye.
Rathod: Thanks,Chotu.tumse baat karke mera mann aab halka feel kar raha hai.
Chotu: Sir,iss mein thanks kehne ki zarurat nahi hai.After all,hum sab ek family hai.Woh kya kehte hai,"When all else fails,There is Family."
Rathod nods a YES and departed from there.Rathod comes inside the ICU.
Shree and Ankita look at him.
Ankita gets up,but,Rathod gestures her to sit down and relax.
Rathod went to Shree.
Rathod:How is Riya,Shree?
Shree: Sir,Ri is alright,Bas,chot ki wajah se,usse aur do din yahaan rehna parega.
Rathod:hmm...
Rathod goes near Riya and ruffled her hair,slightly.
Rathod let out a silent prayer to Bhagwaan,praying to keep his family intact.
*Scene shifts from hospital to ETF office.*
Arjun was hurt by Rathod's behavior,but,later,he thought that Rathod's anger and rookhapan is justified.He thought this from his friendship with Rathod's POV,not from what actually Rathod said a while ago.
He went to his cabin and slumped on his revolving chair.His face showed that,after,a long time,he is at PEACE after killing Sikander with his own hands.He is feeling light after he took revenge of his wife's murder.
He turned around,facing his table,and took a photo frame in his hand.
Yes,the photo frame had Roshni's photo.
He started speaking to it.
Arjun: Finally,Roshni. Maine apna badla leliya hai.Maine apna vada pura kiya hai. Finally,I killed Sikander.
Roshni,main tumhe bohut miss karta hu.
Janti ho,aaj Rathod ne mujhe kuch aise baat kahi hai,jo sunke mera khoon khol utha.Woh keh raha thha ki tumne mujhse ek raaz chupayi hai.
Main janta hu ki Rathod jhoot bol raha hai.Main janta hu ki tumne mujhe kabhi nahi hurt kiya hai.
Par,phir bhi,dimag hai ki manta nahi.
Kuch toh chut raha hai? Kya chut raha hai,woh main pata lagake rahunga.aab main chalta hu.Case k silsile main mujhe thora kaam hai.

Arjun went to conference room.He sat on his chair and started to think about the unknown raaz.
*scene changes to hospital*.
Ankita: Sameer,aap Pratiksha ko bula lijiye.Meri thori help hojayegi.
Rathod: Ok. Main Pratiksha ko call karke bolta hu.
Rathod goes out of the room to call Pratiksha.
Meanwhile,Shree asked Ankita a question.
Shree: Ankita,kya main ek sawal puch sakta hu?
Ankita: Sure,Shree. Go on.
Shree(with a lot of courage):Yeh Pratiksha kaun hai? Tumhari dost hai kya?
Anamika: Pratiksha meri bohut acchi dost hai,aur,rishte mein meri nanad lagti hai,i.e,tumhare Rathod sir ki ek lauti behen.
Shree: Oh,accha. Accha hua ke koi toh aayega tumhare paas rehne keliye aur tumhara khyal rakhne keliye.
Ankita: woh toh hai.
Rathod enters and says to Ankita that he has informed Pratiksha.She will reach Mumbai,by tomorrow.
Anamika:hmm... Aab,aap log office jaiye.Main yahaan rukti hu,Riya k paas.
Rathod: ok,but apna khyal rakhna,aur baby ka bhi.
Anamika: sure.
The trio left the hospital.
Rathod was driving the car.Shree sat beside Rathod's driving seat and Chotu sat in the back.
After 15mins,they reache ETF office.Rathod parked the car.While Rathod was aboutr to get down,Shree asked him something.
Shree: Kya baat hai,Sir? Aap kuch pareshaan lag rahe hai?
Rathod: kya???? Main aur pareshan.. Impossible.
Shree:hmm...
Though Shree and Chotu sensed his pareshaani,but,thought,it will be good if we dont invade in their personal matters.
After a while,they reached their office.
When they entered the office,they saw Arjun.Arjun felt their presence.
Without any hesitation,Arjun asked,"Riya kaisi hai?"
Rathod,Shree and Chotu stopped when he asked this question,but,they avoided it and went to their respective cabins.
Arjun thought to himself,: Rathod,aaj toh tumhe uss raaz ka khulasa karna hi parega.
Precap: Rathod uss raaz ka khulasa karta hai.Arjun is shocked.Pratiksha's entry.
Everybody got down from the car and went to their office.
