There was a beautiful fair princess with long black hair

Who lived in her castle

with her evil step mom

Who wanted her to exchange her with the devil in return for a son

To save herself from such a gruesome future, she ran away from there

She bumped in to a handsome man who saved and protected her from all evils

They travelled far and wide - one running away from her future and one seeking his future. Little did they know that they were linked by a common fate and that was his sister who was carved in stone

After a lot of hurdles, they reach his house with the help of a half elf, only to discover that he was a prince.

With no secrets between them, the princess was left thinking how to get her love out of his problem and just then her evil mom stepped in, in the disguise of a well wisher

Unaware of her mom's evil plans, the princess got ready for the ball wearing her love's gift

The prince and the princess had a dance

She decided to sacrifice herself for her love and went to save his sister by eating the apple, thereby semi-dying in the process

And only true love's first kiss could wake her up

And then they lived happily ever after

Ae tu ne yeah nahi bataya!

I am proud of my sister today for making her place in the fairy tale writing world 😃

True Lovers Kiss

There's something real magical about the first kiss

You are going to be an awesome mom...you are gonna weave up and such beautiful fairytales for your children (yes plural) and they are gonna gush all over you

my children are gonna say "why can't you tell such beautiful stories like Saiyu aunty ammu"😕

I am sad this is over

It was one of the most MAGICAL stories on IF

I am not too good with fairy tales but you know I love this as my darling niece loves this. It will be a challenge to explain the kiss to her but you will understand if I edit that out. The happy-sad feeling when something so innocent and beautiful ends is what I feel at the moment, yes I am mad enough to read an update I like a few times. Don't get all angry with me for adding a song here, but found the words in the picture and this song so apt for the update, went ahead and posted it here. Yes, this one suits the update and the whole tale so well. Thank you for helping us revisit our childhood through this story.

THis just got added to my endless list of Fairy Tale obsessions, this being on top since it has Arnav-Khushi in it :D

And unlike in original Fairy tales they had a second kiss too, that went on and on and on :D

I have a doubt though ...If Arnav-Khushi had already kissed, wouldn't this work? Does only true love's first kiss work and not true love's kiss ??

I'm more than glad Lavanya doesn't stay heartbroken :D

Fairy tale wedding It was all a dream ...they waving from the balcony...Their proclamation of Love I didn't know heroes in Fairy tales talked naughty 😉

It's Sad to not see anymore from this..:( but as they say all good things have to come to an end..

Absolutey enjoyed this story, not once did I lose interest or boring..

Twiggy is a genie who lives in a glass shoe and has a quirky sense of humor and she helped ArShi come together. I am swimming in a river of happiness!

You gave Lavanya a chance at her happy ending, shukriya :)

The scene where they greet the crowds as man and wife reminds me of two things - SRK and Gauri at the Mannat balcony on every Diwali. And Will-Kate after their wedding. Both spectacular sights. Beautiful!

True love's kiss.. sigh..I say thats the solution to achieve world peace.

FT finish ho gaya. Its like the ending of a lovely novel. Or saying goodbye to a loved one at the airport. *wipes a tear* I shall miss this story dearly.. but thank you for writing this, Saiyyu - for taking us back to the innocence of childhood fantasies and the unwavering faith in true love and a prince charming. Thanks :)
