Finally finishing reading this FF! God it took me 3 whole days. It was quite a long one. But i loved it. Starting was quite filmy. In fact their whole story was filmy n dramatic.
Maaneet meet was also no less than a typical filmy scene neither was Maan watching Geet play football in rains. Love At First Sight and that too a crazy love. God they were seriously immensely n insanely in love with each other. Their unconditional n selfless love, understanding, care, concern, passion, desire, blind trust, everything for each other was beyond me. Such stories can be only in fairy tales. Every moment/scene of Maaneet was too real to be true. The hardships they went through n how came out winning every time just made their relationship more strong. Be it Hameer problem, Vishal or even Neeva. Just no one could separate them.
And then Geet's 5 best friends, though Annie was late entry but still they all were inseparable. The love they had for each other was amazing. Such friendship is also rare n too precious. Geet was lucky to have such awesome set of friends n so were her friends to have Geet in their life.
Plus this might be my first FF where i saw so many characters in love with Geet. And strangely everyone were crazy about her in their own way. Be it Maan who could fall for a stranger at first sight n go mad, his love has been shown in many ways throughout the FF. Killing someone for his jaan, his Mishty. How much more mad can he get?
Or Ranbir's unconditional n selfless love for Geet were he so readily gave up his own life, that type of love is also unique. He was in love with her since a long time n despite when he came to know she loves Maan n not him, he still saved Maan for her. So that she could be happy with her Maan. There is Maan who killed someone for hurting his Geet n there was Ranbir who himself killed to give Geet her Maan.
And then we had Hameer, who was a psycho lover. Even Ranbir's love wasnt reciprocated n yet he never demanded anything from Geet like Hameer did. Cos Ranbir's love was true n selfless while Hameer was selfish. Lastly Vishal too, even he tried to separate Maaneet even after knowing Geet is innocent n Maan killed Hameer cos he was wrong. So in short everyone were insane. But of course everyone's way of loving was different. Some were utterly selfish n some were immensely selfless.
I also loved Mayank-Nupur's love story. In fact i loved to read the friends moment, pulling each other's leg, laughing, partying, helping ecah other, ruining someone's anniversary celebration by literally gate crashing it. It was all fun n awesome. But of course felt very bad for Nisha, even her love was unconditional. I so wanted someone who could love her like anything n feel her life with happiness. But of course not Vishal, cos then it will be like history repeating itself situation for her. Ranbir was in love with Geet n even Vishal is. That would just make her situation more worse. But in all Ranbir's death definitely came as a biggest shock to me. I cried buckets when even while dying he was trying to make others laugh. I simply adored their friendship. And of course m was glad that Anni found her happiness in Karan.
If Maaneet' engagement was magical then their magical was dramatic. Though those 45 things had scared me n worse was reading Maaneet almost falling in the trap made my that Vishal n Neeva. But of course the wedding in temple made me sigh in relief. Then their honeymoon was passionate n hot. And i felt everything is going well then again one more twist, Geet's heart disease plus pregnancy complications. This current track is heart wrenching n i so wanna read whats gonna happen next? And will Maaneet be able to come out of this storm strong? Or will the aborting thing make their relationship weak. M so worried for them. I hope to see this story being continued so i know what happened with Maaneet n Geet's life?
And yep, i also loved other characters, like Dadima, Rano, Mohnder, Brij, Rajji. Leher, Adi, Dev and even NT. Just hated Hameer the most. And somewhere did felt for Neeva but then what she did with Geet made me hate her. All sympathy for her flew out of window. Maan did so much for her n her family n what did she do? She tried harming his life? She was selfish. She made NT look much better. And goof that Vishal seemed to be on track once he realized Geet cant love him n Maaneet are meant to be. Else i thought he is going Hameer's way.
I really really hope that you would continue this story n update soon.
