As i type out this comment through the haze and blur of tears, all i can say Juhi is your story has moved me to tears, the first few chapters were as painful to read as probably it was for you to write. Yet who are we to talk of pain in the face of horrific death of the brave young woman who inspired this story, who in her death has forced a nation to face up to the shame of treating its women so badly.

I am so glad I came upon your story ( don't know how I missed it) and stayed to read it, all at one go, bar the band baaja baraat bit which will hopefully come in the epilogue.

Love manifests itself in so many guises, gentle, soothing and steadfast like NK's for khushi troubled , possessive and unthinking yet constant as ASR's for Khushi, tormented, unexpressed, selfless, yet forgiving and true like Khushi's for Arnav. The mystery is how love sustains despite the pain caused by the very object of love!

While shyam attacked her body, it was Arnav who attacked her spirit, despite loving her. Who damaged her more?

The miracle is that true loves rises from the ashes of this destruction like Phoenix in the form of a new Arnav and a new Khushi, their love once again in a new guise, much stronger for all it has gone through.

Such a beautiful tribute to the young life taken away so cruelly. Thank you, Juhi.
