what an emotional and highly moving piece... it was very much needed! truly sheds light on arnav's behaviour... already we know he's not as black as he has been painted... khushi has seen his protective side toward her, besides his interactions with his own family
no words to describe his father, except that he could put even the devil to shame 😡! god, imagine laying the blame on your wife and son for your own shortcomings... thank god anjali escaped the torture but the poor girl must be ridden with guilt! her wish for arnav's future happiness was very touching, especially as she has confessed to khushi that the family knows the truth about khushi, holds her in high esteem and have choosen her for arnav... though an uphill task, given khushi's hurt and arnav's stubbornness, khushi is the only one who can bring arnav out of his shell and help make him the human he's capable of being... really interested in seeing how khushi goes about assuaging arnav's hurts and obliterating his fear and guilt, while at the same time keeping her own self-respect and sense of identity!
nice to see payal thawing toward akash, though she still keeps him on his toes... love this akash who is witty and self-confident: "Hey my old father out there praising my outrageously dressed up mother is not awful, he is awesome"... a loving son, indeed! can't wait for more payal-akash battles!
