congrats on getting to part 100! we have had a rocking time all the way!
WOW, just WOW! the scenes surpassed anything I imagined! mamaji wondering if coco were a pet made my day! I had just recovered slightly from my laughing fit when I was met with these gems: NK bit his tongue to stop himself from telling all of them where exactly Coco had been known to go, especially with older, married/ unmarried men. Coco was anything but choosy.good of nk to tell aarti the truth about coco [wished he had had the chance to warn arnav too]... when he referred to her as a 'witch', it must have been a milder form of what he must have liked actually to call her: 'a b****'! my heart went out to pinky... it was touching to see everyone comfort and assure her earlier on learning that coco couldn't be found... I am sure she must have had an inkling, however unpalatable, that coco was up to her tricksit amazes me to see girls flaunt themselves in the hope of catching the eye of the opposite sex... it is high time they realised that an air of mystery and decorum, in behaviour and dress [any dress that one can carry off gracefully], is more likely to draw the discerning male's gazethough the description of coco launching herself on to arnav's back was funny, in reality such icidents are no laughing matter... it makes me ashamed of my gender to sometimes see women having no qualms about falsely accusing men of seduction or assault... no wonder then that in genuine cases very few believe the victim... here, arnav could have ended up in a really sticky situation... it is the trust and respect that his wife and family have for him that saved him... thank god the young ladies of the house saw the sequence of events, but even without having done so, no one would have doubted arnav's character, given the way he has treated everyone [apart from khushi, in the beginning, and there too he has redeemed himself!]arnav's only concern was for khushi on seeing her pale face and swaying figure [poor thing had no clue that this was a result of her exhaustion and probably shock at anyone even thinking of accusing arnav]... he must have feared her believing the accusations which would have hurt her... I am sure that in his heart of hearts he knows khushi trusts him but the scene around them could have given credence to coco's words...can understand his anger at his own helplessness to express his feelings, especially his inability to prove his innocence... some of the most emotional and poignant lines:Why couldn't he find the right words at the right time? Why was he tongue-tied when words mattered? "Khushi..." He was almost in tears...She must be so hurt... khushi's hug must have come as a great relief to him, proving once and for all that her trust in him had never wavered!despite coco's verbal and physical assaults on arnav's person, good of you not showing him retaliating, however great was the provocation! aarti doing the needful was a good move... shows what she thinks of her brother-in-law and khushi... can't wait to read what aarti has to say to coco... nk's reaction was magnificent! good that this scene was witnessed by all the elders... this might prevent any further mischief on coco's part... what a selfish brat without a conscience! hopefully, the exhaustion from the day's activities and the stress of the situation doesn't harm khushithose images of arnav's furious visage were spot on... if looks could kill, coco would have been reduced to ashes at his feet... to be used as manure [just like the one that fell on her], the only danger being that his plants might wilt and die rather than bloom!well that was quite a loong comment... thoughts just flowed!
