always appreciate your song choice... very apt to the situation... such a cute song akash and payal were dancing to! though not a himmesh reshamiya fan, this is one of the ones by him that I like... thanks to images provided by manal, in addition to your beautifully moving lines, I could picture arnav and khushi swaying to it and mesmerising their audience with their love and passion: The audience stared at them without drawing breath for fear that the magic bubble would break, that something precious would shatter to pieces if they disturbed it, that the aura of love and passion would vanish into thin air if they so much as breathed. no truer words have been written!

the arnav-khushi dance was pleasantly unexpected, both by khushi and us, like so much manna from heaven! those images made me oh so nostalgic [whenever I watch or hear teri meri, I picture arnav and khushi, not salman and kareena]! loved khushi's reaction: her worry isn't about embarrassing herself but about making nk and aarti feel bad by putting up a bad performance on such a happy occasion... true family feeling! arnav's words created their own private world in which they were lost... khushi's reply shows how much in sync with her hubby she is... your description of the dance and the choice of words [gently within the safe net of his arms... lying warm and safe in the cocoon of his strong arms] left one with the feeling of khushi being ensconced in a warm and safe cradle filled with love... no wonder these two are such favourites with the kids and adults within their extended family! ... helped him rise to stand by her gave me a sense of them being equals supporting each other through thick and thin... an apt conclusion to a dreamlike sequence: Arnav carried his wife down the steps to her seat, gently cradling his world, his wife and his unborn child, in his protective arms. truly emotional lines that say everything about the arnav-khushi relationship

intrigued about coco's whereabouts at this juncture... was this happening while she was 'awakening' from her 'dead faint' and breaking her sandal?

Smita, am really addicted to your writing... my day isn't complete without visiting IF to check if the next instalment of this story is up!

They were really in a world of their own... Arshian world.. ...
When d dance ended, children clapped.. then adults came back to world & started clapping.. 👏 ... Then arshi came back from their paradise... But me.. 😒 ... Still in d arshi world... ...
