"I know you thought what was best for your son that day, and I respect that you wanted that for him, but Armaan and I are together again now, and I am asking you to leave us be this time." Riddhima stated with conviction. She was grown strong and independent woman now, not some seventeen year old who knew nothing about the harsh realities of the world.

Serena gave her a polite smile and gestured her towards the couch. "Have a seat Riddhima, I'll call for some tea."

"That won't be necessary. I have to get to work." Riddhima walked passed the actress and headed for the door, quite happy to relieve herself from the burden she had been carrying around for the past seven years.

"I'm sorry about your father." She stopped, her body tensing immediately at the sound of those words. Suddenly, the air changed and tension filled the room.

"Mr. Malik. We have a source confirming that Miss Fitzgerald said you were still together. She claimed that you made a mistake and you are seeking forgiveness from her. Is this true?

Though Armaan remained calm with a huge grin plastered on his face - one of the many perks of being a good actor - his blood was boiling. He wanted to wring that woman's neck. She simply wouldn't leave him be. He seriously needed to get his lawyers and threaten her to stop. "I think you might have to fire your source." He chuckled trying to make light of the situation, and before he got wrapped up in the drama, he added. "That will be all for today folks. Thank you." He placed his shades on his eyes and ducked into his car, signalling his driver to go.

As soon as the car was in motion, he grabbed his cell and made a call.

"Bonjour darling, I knew you would come to your senses and call me." Felicia said on the other end
