Aarti looked out through the window. Jumping out was infinitely preferable to being in that room at that particular time, but the room was on the seventh floor.

Here is my interpretation for Part 69.
The state of being Solicitous that is showing interest, concern or anxiety is called Solicitude and SOLICITUDE it is.
When Kushi was to go for her scheduled check up, Arnav was adamant to accompany her. Her attempt to dissuade him from rescheduling his meeting was going in vain. Her try to convince that it was just a regular checkup and nothing to get worked up was falling on deaf ears.

The Raizada's and NK were witnessing this and the ladies were curious as to know who would win.
Finally, NK said, "Nannav, chill. I will take Khushi Bhabi to the hospital and wait with her. You finish the meeting and get there when you can."
"I will go with them, Arnavji.", offered Payal. "Please don't worry."
Khushi smiled at Arnav. He couldn't refuse their help without hurting them. He sighed, and nodded.

Arnav Singh Raizada, for whom Kushi was like Manna given to him by The Heaven, was determined to make rest of her life free of pain and hardship. The unsurmountable love he has for her makes him blind to anything, when it comes to her, other than her and her comfort. A tiny bit of it is to assuage the guilt of having her undergo pain and hardship in the past, due to the carelessness of his father, which is always lurking at the back of his mind.
While the examination was half-way through, Arnav having finished his meeting rushed into the doctor's cabin. NK and Payal immediately cleared out, laughing at his anxious state.

"Nannav is pagal no: 1.", said NK laughing. "He will drive Khushi Bhabi up the deewaar (wall) with his fuss, and turn all of us pagal too by the time the baby is born." Payal laughed with him.
Finally when Arnav and Kushi came out Arnav had a prescription in his hand.
"What did the doctor say?", Payal & NK asked.
"What could the poor lady say?", laughed Khushi. "Your Nannav Bhai didn't let her say anything. He was too busy shooting questions at her that she couldn't get a word in edgeways."

Payal & NK laughed.
"You are right, Arnavji. She got to say 'Goodbye'!" Khushi laughed with them.
Arnav had to smile thinking of his hyper behaviour in the consulting room.
He told NK & Payal, "Khushi is fine. The baby is growing according to schedule, and Khushi is healthy."

"Of course, the baby is growing according to schedule. How can it not? It is your child. It will be punctual.", laughed Khushi, teasing her husband to calm him down.
Arnav smiled at her.
Payal said, "Let me phone home & let them know. All will be anxious."
Arnav nodded.
"Nannav, give me the prescription. I will get it filled at the pharmacy. Why don't you go home with Khushi Bhabi & Payal Bhabi in your car? I will follow you."
Looking at the tired Kushi Arnav readily agreed to NK's suggestion. Payal too had her clinic to attend and arrangements for the sagai and shagun to take place the next day had to be taken care of. He led both the ladies to his car.
NK' s foray to the pharmacy led him to an unexpected encounter. When NK was about to leave after getting the prescription filled the vision in front of his eyes thrilled him.

He saw Aarti at a counter at the other end of the hall paying quite a big amount. Checking the receipt she made to move away only to find her way blocked.

She stopped and lifted her eyes to see, and lo! It was

Aarti looked heavenwards for divine help in navigating the crocodile-infested waters. And to control her heart beat and bring it down to manageable levels.

When NK asked Aarti what was she doing there, and was she alright, she told him that she had brought her mother for consultation. When he continued probing as to why she deposited such a large amount, she said it was for a few tests needed to be done. She countered as to what was he doing there.
"I came with Khushi Bhabi & Payal Bhabi. Khushi Bhabi had her regular check up today. Nannav couldn't get here on time. So I came here."
"Is she fine?" Aarti's eyes couldn't hide her concern.
NK smiled. "Yes, she is fine. I just waited to get the prescription filled."
Aarti nodded. "Acha. It is time I left. Bye!" She made to move away.
"Aarti!", NK called urgently. "Where is your mother?"
"Resting."
"I want to meet her."
Aarti who wanted to refuse NK, received a call just then from Gopi Kaka stating that the doctor had come to examine her mother and she better rush over. Without realizing that NK was following she entered the room allotted to her mother and got involved in discussion with the doctor. NK seeing the doctor inside waited outside. Gopi kaka was observing NK keenly. Aarti who escorted the doctor to the door saw Her Sunflower waiting patiently
"Is that your mother?", NK asked softly.
Aarti nodded.
"She looks tired. What is wrong with her?", NK asked, concerned.
Aarti swallowed. "The doctors are looking into it."
"But there's a story behind everything. Sometimes the stories are simple, and sometimes they are hard and heartbreaking. But behind all your stories is always your mother's story, because hers is where yours begin"

NK nodded. "Aarti, is there anything I can do for you?"
Aarti looked into his earnest eyes.
"No.", she said softly.
"If you need something, anything, any time of the day or night, call me.", NK said, meaning every word of it.
Aarti agreed and eventhough NK was reluctant she reminded him that Kushi would be waiting for her medication.
Just then Kamala called Aarti. NK watched how a call from her mother transformed her from a tired and tense person to a confident and cheerful one.
"How are you feeling, Amma? The doctor said that you are doing much better." She smiled.
Amma smiled slightly. "I feel better."
Aarti nodded. "Good." She smiled. "The doctor was surprised at the improvement in you."
The older lady smiled slightly. She said, "I will sleep now. For some time." Her words were slurred.
Aarti who agreed that her mother needed to rest asked her to wait a minute and called in NK to meet her.

Kamala blinked to see a handsome man appearing in her line of vision and wondered if she was dreaming!
When Aarti introduced him as Nandakishore, Kushi's Devar a smile lit up Kamala's face. This made NK smile and want to hug her. But seeing her fragile condition he decided otherwise. He settled in for dropping a kiss on her cheek and sit on the bed by her. This brought a delightfully shocked response from the mother and a sharp intake of breath from daughter.
"I wanted to see you.", Kamla said, finally.
"I wanted to see you too.", said NK.
Kamla smiled. "Happy Sunflower!"

Seeing NK stare at her, Aarti was embarrassed.
"I am the happy Sunflower?", NK asked. He was sharp. Unfortunately., Aarti thought.
"That's what Aarti calls you, Sunflower. She said you are always happy. Good.", Kamla managed to say.

When NK looked at Aarti in surprise she was looking away. She saw even Gopi Kaka looking at her with a raised eyebrow.
"Thank you for being kind to Aarti. Your whole family has been so kind to her.", Kamla said, panting.

NK said clearly, smiling at Kamla, "It is very easy to be kind to Aarti, Amma. You see, we all love her. Very much."

In this update we see Arnav Singh Raizada is all concerned about Kushi and their unborn child. He is worried about the health of Kushi due to her weak body caused by the burns. He's also concerned about the growth of the child. Kushi is anxious and concerned about Arnav and his state of anxiety though she covers it with laughing remarks. NK and Payal too show their concern towards Arnav's anxiety. On the whole, it is one blessed happy family which stick together at all the times.
Then we see NK's concern and interest in Aarti and her mother. Aarti's concern about Kushi. We see Aarti's anxiety over her mother's health. Aarti though reluctant at first, she does show her concern of not wanting hurt NK by denying him to meet her mother. We also see the eager interest in Kamala to meet the youngest of three brother's whom Aarti calls Sunflower. We also see Gopi Kaka's interest in observing NK silently, as he is concerned about the well being of Aarti.
So it is an update with SOLICITUDE all the way.
