Chapter 4
Another day began in the shekhawat house with loud noise and Taani running here and here to get her things. Her mother helping her to find her bag and her dad helping her to set her laptop bag. Next door, Rey was yet to get up but the noises had woken him up. He angrily went over to shout at the neighbor's. After reaching his window which was facing Taani's window, he rubbed sleep off his eyes. As soon as he was about to start shouting he heard noise of anklets.. Ringing as the angel in front of his eyes moved here and there gracefully. He lost all his anger and kept staring at her. Then suddenly when Taani came and stood on the window waving towards him he realized he was shamelessly staring at her.
Taani (waved at him and said) - Hi Reyaansh, Good morning!
Rey- Hey Taani, morning.
Taani- (with an apologetic face she replied) I am soo sorry that the noises from my house disturbed your sleep.
Rey- (dreamily) Its ok if I am woken up by such a beautiful angel as you!Taani (shocked) huh?! What are you saying?
Rey- (coming back to his senses) Oh! I meant its really ok. Don't be sorry.
Taani- thanks ! I'll take your leave. I have to go for work!
Rey- yea sure.. (he felt sad at the disappearing image of Taani) he said to himself.. Rey! wake up dude! You can't act so sheepishly!
After changing into his office clothes Rey made his way to his car and left for the town.
Taani in her institute.
Peon- good morning ma'am!
Taani- good morning kaka!
Peon- Ma'am there is a guy waiting for you near your cabin.
Taani- Who is it kaka?
Peon- Ma'am he didn't tell his name but I recognize him as he was here even yesterday!
Taani- Ok kaka! I'll check. But please send someone with two cups of coffee and snacks for the guest.
Taani walks upto her cabin and tries to locate the guy. She finally see's him engrossed into his laptop.
Taani- Hello! I am Taani Shikhawat! You wanted to see me?😊
Guy- (Smiles and gets up to shake hands) hello I am Kar.. 😲He stops dead in his tracks and shouts TUM?!
Taani- after watching its the same guy she had a fight last night says-TUM?!
Guy- OH! so you are the famous Miss Shikhawat.
Taani- (irritated) 🤔Yes I am Taani Shikhawat.. Who are you btw?😕
Guy- I am Karan, Karan Shergill! The new instructor.
Taani- Oh! so you're the guy.
Karan- Yea, Hey btw I am sorry for last night. I was a mess so I acted that way.
Taani- hmm, apologizing to you're boss?
Karan- No! apologizing to a friend!
Taani- we just met. Plus who said anything about friendship?
Karan- me! just now. friends? (puts his hand forward)
taani- not so easily! i guess you should get back to work.
karan- Well! as you say "ma'am"...
Karan walks away to the rehearsal hall.. Taani goes away to her cabin.
While walking away they both turn to look at the other one by one.. Taani thinks (flirt)😡 and Karan thinks( beauty and attitude, not bad)😉.
