Part 5

As both moved towards the gate, they heard the goons talking.

Man 1 : "Abe koi nahi tha.."
Man 2 : "Are mujhe laga ki maine kuch suna.."

Arjun gives a look to Roshni and she tries to say sorry to him.

Man 1 : "Are is virane me ladki kaha se aayegi"
Man 2 : "Maine kaha tha na ise uda dete hai...isse pehle ki koi hum tak pahoche kaam khatam kar aur chal yaha se.."
Man 1 : "Chal theek hai. Aaj nahi to kal...marna to ise hai hi..aaj hi sahi.."

They both take out their guns and point it at Latika. As they were ready to pull the trigger, Roshni shoots at arm of one of them. The other man gets shocked seeing them there. He tries to shoot her but Arjun punches him and takes his gun. Both Roshni and Arjun rushes to Latika to see if she is fine or not. One of the goon takes out a big knife from his socks and tries to hit Arjun. Roshni sees it, gets panicked and pulls the trigger on him. Arjun turns and quickly stops her from shooting the man. He holds the knife and gives a hard punch to the goon.

Arjun (shouts at her) : "Paagal ho gai ho? Ye hamare liye un tak pahochne ka zariya hai."
Roshni : "But wo tumhe..I mean aapko maarne wala tha..to.."
Arjun : "To? To kya?...Tum ek ETF Officer ho aur ETF me impulsive hokar decision nhi liye jate. Ab jao, paani laao waha se.."

Roshni brings the water. Arjun sprinkles some on Latika's face and she comes to her senses.

Arjun : "Maine police ko phone kar diya tha. Wo aate hi honge. Latika, tumhe drugs racket k bare me jo b pata hai bata do. Yahi tumhare liye accha hoga."
Latika : "Dekhiye main keh-keh k thak chuki hu ki mujhe kuch b nahi pata hai. Main Rahul k sath bas disco jati thi, wo waha kya karta tha, kisse milta tha mujhe kuch nahi pata. Yahi baat main in logo ko b bol rahi hu but ye manne k liye tyar hi nahi hai."
Arjun : "Kaun sa disco?"
Latika : "Guns and Roses"
Arjun (to goons, holding his collor) : "Kiske kehne par kar raha tha ye sab? Seedhi tarah bata de, warna aage takleef tujhe hi hogi."
Man 1 : "Hume kuch nahi pata hai. Ek aadmi ka phone aaya tha. Usne kaha ki is ladki ko khatam karna hai..bas"
Arjun : "Kisi ne phone par kuch b karne ko kaha aur tum log maan gaye. Mujhe nahi pata tha ki ye kaam tum bina paiso k b karte ho"
Man 2 : "Nhi saab, paise aaye the. Kholi k bahar koi rakh kar chala gaya tha. Pure 50 lakh. Aur kaha ki kaam karne k bad itne hi aur milenge."

Arjun is now in deep thinking. Neither Latika did any help to them nor the goons. Police arrived and took all three of them.

Roshni : "Rahul ne b apne statement me is disco ka zikr kiya tha. Usk according use jab b drugs chaiye the wo ek no. par call karta tha, disco jata tha aur batayi hui jagah se packet utha leta tha. Jab usk pas inhe kharidne k liye paise khatam ho gaye to un logo ne use disributor bana kar young generation k beech drugs spread karwana shuru kar diya."
Arjun : "Pata hai mujhe.."
Roshni : "To fir hum is disco me chalte hai shayad waha se... "
Arjun : "Koi faida nahi hai. Shree aur main waha pehle ja chuke hai. Kuch pata nahi chala. Wo no. b ab switch off hai. Ye Raja bahot safe game khel raha hai. Khair yaha se to chalte hai."

Both sit in the SUV. Roshni is now determined that she will talk to him and she starts the talk.
Roshni : "Wo main ..."
Arjun : "Shree ka phone aaya tha. Use Sandy ka clue mil gaya hai."

Arjun doesnt let her complete her talk as if he is not paying attention to wat she is saying. Roshni becomes nervous.

Roshni (takes deep breadth) : "Wo us din club k liye sorry...mujhe nhi pata tha ki aap kaun hai aur... "
Arjun : "Main us baat ko bhool chuka hu. Behtar hoga tum b bhool jao."
Roshni : "Aur wo aaj aapne training ground me meri jaan bachayi to uske liye thanx."
Arjun (looks at her) : "Thanx ki zarurat nahi hai. Tumhari jagah koi aur hota to b main yahi karta."

Roshni becomes all happy that everything is now cleared between them.

Roshni : "Iska matlab ab sab theek hai na.. I mean hum dono k beech?"
Arjun : "Matlab?"
Roshni : "I mean us din club me hum dono ek dusre ko nhi jante the..kaun janta tha ki hum saath me kaam karne wale hai. Kuch maine kaha, kuch aapne kaha. Anyways jo b ho, saath me kaam karne k liye zaruri hai ki saari problems sort out kar lena chaiye. Hai na? Aapko kya lagta hai?"
Arjun : "Hmmm sab theek hai."
Roshni : "Great! To chaliye ab aapki baari hai, kahiye!"
Arjun : "Kya?"
Roshni : "Maine keh diya, ab aapki baari! Chaliye kahiye!"

Arjun is surprised as he has no idea wat she is talking about.

Arjun : "Tum kis bare me baat kar rahi ho?"
Roshni : "Are sorry aur thank you, aur kya!"

He stops the car.

Arjun : "Wat? But main kyu kahu ye sab?"
Roshni : "Areee! Us din club me galti to aap ki b thi na. Isk liye sorry. Aur abhi thodhi der pehle maine aapki jaan bachayi usk liye thanx b to nhi bola aapne."
Arjun : "Aur ye kab hua? Us gunde ko to maine maara tha"
Roshni : "Are but aapne usko dekha kiski wajah se! Meri wajah se to...!"
Arjun : "Accha to isiliye tum ye sab keh rahi thi. Ye sorry, thank you... Tumne socha ki tum mujhe sorry aur thank you bologi aur main tumhe."
Roshni : "Ofcourse!"

Arjun gives a look to her, unbuckles the seat belt and get out of the car. Roshni is surprised at wat is he trying to do. He comes to her side and knocks at her window.

Arjun : "Office aa gaya hai. Yahi rehna hai ya ander b aaogi..!"

Arjun moves forward. Roshni realises that they have reached office.

Roshni : "Par wo.."
Arjun (turns): "Hmmm kuch kehna hai?"
Roshni : "Ummm... Nhi kuch nhi!"
Arjun : "Hmmm..mujhe b yahi laga tha. Now come fast!"
Roshni (in mind) : "Akdu kahi ka!"

Part 6

Arjun all amused smiles and moves forward. Yes he was smiling at her innocense. Roshni is all irritated and entering in the office.

Roshni (murmuring) : "Kya zarurat thi aage badh kar usko thank you aur sorry bolne ki. Us hero ne to kuch b nahi kaha. Itna ghamand, itni akad..."

She realises wat she is saying and looks here and there to confirm that no one is listening to her.

Roshni (murmuring) : "Dhyan se Roshni! Wo tera senior hai! Thodhi respect to deni hi padhegi..Chahe tu chahe ya na chahe..."

Arjun enters the conference room and there is still a small smile on his face. Shree sees it and hits Chotu with his elbow.

Shree (in a hush voice) : "Oye Chotu! Udher dekh"
Chotu : "Aai ga! Kahi main sapna to nhi dekh raha hu...Arjun sir"

Then Roshni enters all depressed.

Chotu : "Ise kya hua?"
Shree : "Are samjha kar Chotu! Office ka pehla din, wo b field par aur wo b Arjun sir k sath...tu aur kya xpect karta hai?"

Roshni comes and sits near them. She is still in thoughts cursing him for being rude and cursing herself for taking a step first.

Shree : "Roshni are you ok?"
Roshni (comes out of thoughts) : "Hmm ya! (smiles)"
Shree : "So kaisa tha pehla din field par?"
Roshni (looking at Arjun) : "Jaisa socha tha waisa to bilkul b nahi tha.."

Arjun gives a look but then keep looking in his mobile. Shree understands that something happened between them and tries to change the topic.

Shree : "To kuch pata chala?"
Roshni : "Nahi yar! "

Rathor enters the conference room.

Rathor : "Aa gaye tum dono? To kuch pata chala? Are Roshni, ye tumhare haath me kya hua?"
Roshni : "Nahi sir! Kuch khas nhi. Mamuli chot hai."
Arjun : "Latika kidnap ho gayi thi."
Rathor (tense) : "To fir.."
Arjun : "Nhi..kuch hua nahi..wo theek hai. Humne un logo ko pakad liya tha but kisi ko kuch nahi pata hai. Wahi par Ro..ise chot lagi thi..Shree, tumhe kuch pata chala?"
Roshni (in mind) : "In sir ko ab mere naam se b problem hai"
Shree : "Yes sir..Sandy naam ki ek ladki ne phone kiya tha 24Hour Disco me..kuch card party ki baath chal rahi thi.."
Rathor : "Main aur Chotu waha ka dekhte hai. Tab tak tum log dekho koi aur lead mile to.."

********************************************

24Hour Disco

Rathor (showing his ID) : "ACP Rathor, ETF Chief. Apne maalik ko bulao.."
Owner : "Yes sir, Koi problem hai. Humare pas to license b hai."
Rathor : "Raja ko jaante ho?"
Owner : "Raja! Kaun Raja?"
Rathor : "Aur Sandy?"
Owner : "Jee nahi!"
Rathor : "Chotu"

Chotu picks up the owner in air holding his collar. The owner starts yelling.

Owner : "Yes sir! Yes sir! Yaad aa gaya sir. Plz neeche utariye sir . Plz.."
Rathor : "Yaad aa gaya na! Chalo ab batao!"

Chotu keeps him down.

Owner : "Sir wo yaha pehle aate the par bahot dino se wo yaha aaye nahi hai"
Rathor (angry, holding his collar) : "Dekho! Mera dimaag kharab ho raha hai! Aur usk baad main tumhare saath kya karunga mujhe khud nahi pata hai."
Owner : "Sir main sach keh raha hu wo log yaha nahi aaye the."
Rathor : "Mujhe pata hai ki wo yaha nahi aaye hai. Main phone call ki baat kar raha hu.."
Owner : "Aapko kaise.."
Rathor : "Jo pooch raha hu uska jawab do."
Owner : "Sir wo log mujhe maar denge"
Rathor : "Wo jo karenge wo karenge lekin jo main aur ye (indicating Chotu) tumahre sath karenge wo tum soch b nahi sakte."
Owner : "Sir kal Hotel Dilton k club me ek card party hai. Uski arrangements aur invitation k silsilay me phone aaya tha.."

****************************************

ETF Office

Roshni is in deep thinking. Ofcourse she is thinking about Arjun.

Shree : "Kya hua? Tum jabse aayi ho kuch khoyi-khoyi si ho?"
Roshni : "Kuch nahi..I mean..haan ek baat hai..Shree main tumse kuch poochu?"
Shree : "Poochne ki kya zarurat hai. Meri to haan hai" *giggles*
Roshni playfully hits him and starts giggling. Arjun comes.

Arjun : "Yeh kya ho raha hai? Office me kaam karne aate ho ya ye sab karne. Get to work" *sits at a distance*
Roshni : "Yar ye Arjun sir aise kyu hai?"
Shree : "Dekh yar! Duniya me aise kai sawaal hai jinke koi jawaab nahi hai jaise paani geela kyu hai? barf thanda kyu hai? Ye sawaal b aisa hi hai."

Both stares at each other and starts laughing like hell but then becomes silent wen Arjun gives them a look.

Roshni : "Sir khud to haste nahi aur kisi ko hasne b nahi dete. Har cheez se problem. Sir ko to shayad mere naam se b problem hai...kabhi lete hi nhi.."

Shree knew the reason behind it but he thought that its best to b silent about it.
