Chapter 4

After college Nk n Arnav met again. Arnav wanted to know more about Khushi n her family more. So thought of asking Nk more. But how to approach the topic

Nk : - Hey buddy how was day. Did u enjoy it.

Arnav : - Hi Nk it was good. Ya I enjoyed it. It feels like I m a student again. Ummm Nk what did u say about my student Khushi n her sister. They r working in office rite in radio station.

Nk : - Actually I didn't say anything about what they do. But as u have asked I will let u know no they r not working in office they r RJ. Payal does cookery show n Khushi solves or u can say give suggestions for love life friendship problems like that. Payal's shows name is Cook with Payaliya n Khushi's is Dil Dosti by Khush. But y were u asking buddy. Do u want to learn cooking or having any problem in life. Nk raised his eye brow looking at Arnav. Arnav was little nervous what to answer him. He thought he will go with truth. Arnav took a deep breath n then said

Arnav : - ummm actually Nk I don't know I alway feel something strange towards Khushi. Something pulls me towards her. I don't know wats happening with me. I want to know everything about her. Whenever I try to sleep or close my eyes I see her face. I feel something in my heart when I see her sad I don't know y but everything is so confusing. I m going crazy.

Akash who had come to meet Mr. Bhatt heard everything what Arnav said n was very happy to know his bhai has finally found his soul mate.

Nk : - When he heard everything from Arnav he was very happy bcoz he knew nobody would have been better than Arnav for his sweet n crazy sister n said Nannav I think u have fallen in love with her. Arnav gave a very confusing look after hearing wat Nk said. Yes Nannav u r in love. When u fall in love it never comes telling u or knocking at ur home or office that love is going to happen at this time at this place. It just happens. I do understand wat it feels like even I have gone through same phase. It's nothing new.

Akash : - Bhai I m so happy that u have at last found ur love of ur life. Thnx Nk for making bhai understand that he has fallen in love otherwise he won't ever express his thoughts with his family. He always keeps his matters inside himself. I will just inform mom dad nani n La just now. As soon he had took his phone out to call home to inform them about this Arnav snatched his phone from him.

Arnav : - No Akash not now. I would surely like her to meet my family but 1^st let me know her properly. I don't even know her properly except few things which I came to know from Nk. But I want to b the person she would say everything by herself. I want to know her likes dislikes everything by myself only.

Arnav heard to caller n Khushi's point of view he felt very proud n happy

Caller 2 : - Hi Khush I m Rohit. I want to sleep with a girl but she is a tough nut she believes in long term relationship. N I don't believe in all these crap u must know it rite. U must have slept with many guys I think rite so plz help me

Khushi was getting very angry on this caller she somehow controlled her anger n even other friends n Payal who was listening to all her calls made her calm before she tell something to the caller.

Like this all calls went by Arnav heard everything. On Thursday Akash had gone to college canteen to have some coffee as he was helping Mr. Bhatt in his a/cs. He saw a girl having tough time solving some a/cs problem n talking on phone with somebody about d problem. He thought of helping her out. He went near her n saw very simple beautiful girl with innocence cleared his throat n asked excuse me.

Payal looked up from her notes n asked yes.

Akash : - I heard u r having some a/cs problems if u don't mind may I help u.

Payal : - She thought for some time n saw Akash from head to toe he looked descent in his suit n specks. He was surely not from this college. She said ok.

Akask came n sat with Payal with his coffee n explained her accounts problem very nicely n easily for Payal. Payal understood wat was she doing wrong in her problem she dred (debited) her a/c which had to b cred (credited) so it was not matching in Bal Sheet. After explaining he said hi I m Akash came here to help Mr. Bhatt in his A/c. He gave his card to Payal n said this is my no. u can call me anytime if u need any help

Payal : - Hello myself Payal thnx for helping me out. I will call u if I need any help. She said it with shyness. Even Akash was shy.

Arnav had seen everything which was going on in d canteen. He smiled looking at his brother n this girl.

Then he himself got a coffee from canteen n went in staff room waiting for Khushi to come n give her test. After few min Akash came smiling. Arnav gave a teasing look to Akash to which he just shied away. Then Khushi came n Arnav was giving her test papers when Payal also came. 1^st Payal was shocked to see Khushi standing in staff room. Without thinking any she asked

Payal : - Khushi wat r u doing here. Have u done something wrong. Y do u always fall in troubles. She was rambling when Khushi eyed her to calm down.

Khushi : - Jiji calm down I didn't do anything wrong I just came here to give my test didn't I tell u. But jiji y r u here don't tell me u did something. She winked. Payal slapped her on her shoulder I came here to meet Akashji. Jiji who is this Akashji. U didn't tell me u have got a bf. Dats not fare. Hearing this Arnav who was drinking his coffee burst out coughing n Akash he was literally fainted in his chair. Payal become very shy. Arnav clearing his throat shall we start our test or do u want chat. Khushi started her test n Payal gave her blessing to Khushi n went back to solving her problem with Akash.

Within 1 hr Kushi completed her test she asked Arnav when will she get her result to which he said rudely u r not so special dat u will receive special treatment u will get ur result with everybody else. Ok. Khushi felt very bad n even Payal saw dat d teacher was very rude to her baby sister. She wanted to answer back n protect her baby sister. But didn't say anything when Khushi noded her head towards Payal. Which was noticed by Arnav n Akash both. They understood their strong sisterly bonds

On Saturday after college La 1^st went to Anjali's house took her nite close n things for nite n then went to Khushi n Payal's house they also took there nite things n came to Raizada house. Everybody welcomed them with open hands. Everybody loved them ad lot of fun chatting n introductions then went to La's room. Then they started singing n dancing. When suddenly nani n La came out dressed as man n woman dancing on oh lala oh lala. Then girls decided to dress themselves I different dresses. La forced Khushi n La to were western dress

Payal's Dress

Even Anjali was forced to change her dress. They clicked photos. After girls were running after each other catching each other. But at that time without looking ahead Khushi n Payal both crashed. Payal fell down from crash n Khushi felt a strong hand balanced her from her waist. Payal looked up to find she crashed to non other than Akash n she was shocked n shocked would be an understatement. Even Akash was shocked to find her in his own house n some cute dress.

Arnav n Khushi had an eye lock which broke due to everybody cleared their throats . due to embarrassment Arnav loosened his hold on Khushi n she fell down hard . Khushi yelled ouch . She angrily glared at him n stood up dusting her dress then she remembered what was she wearing n felt embarrassed. Arnav checked her out from head to toe n this all was been watched by his whole family. Due embaracement hid herself from Arnav by going behind mami n mami kept a loving hand on her cheeks.

Arnav : - Y do u have to always come n fall in front of me.

Khush retorted back at him. N y do u have to b always d person to catch me.

Family members were shocked to find them fighting like kids. Then both Khushi n Payal ran to La' room to get changed before anything more embarrassing happens. Arnav n Akash looked at each other smiled n went to their respective rooms to change as they had returned from office. They came down n asked for tea. Khushi who was in kitchen heard them asking for tea. She had a idea she made tea n a special one for him. She came out n gave to everybody including Arnav. Everybody was praising her for her tea but when Arnav drank he started coughing badly n his face was red.

Mami : - Arnav bitwa bhat happens y kho khoying so much. N y dis red makeupwa

Payal understood looking at Khushi must have done something but Khushi gave a innocent look back to her.

Arnav : - Nothing Mami it was very hot to b handled. He said it while looking at Khushi n was going to his room n said to Khushi in her ears I will have my revenge from u very soon n blew air on her ears tickling her. She was shocked after hearing what he said to her n had a cute o shaped face. Seeing her expression he laughed n went from there n everybody were shocked to see him laughing after so long. After dat all d ladies went to La's room had their dinner chatting n slept there. Like this even Sunday went by having fun n in d evening Arnav n Akash came to see off them safely to their respective houses.

After d lecture ended Khushi ran after ASR to thnk him for saving her from falling.

Khushi: - Excuse me sir. I would like to talk with u.

ASR: - Yes how can I help u with.

Khushi: - Sir I would like to thnk u for'before completing her sentence ASR interrupted her

ASR: - I don't like to talk about any personal matters during my profession. U better remember it next time. Bcoz I don't like to repeat more than once. Is dat clear

Khushi: - yes sir. She felt hurt for his rude behavior she controlled her tears n went back for her lectures. But before turning Arnav saw her tear filled eye. Arnav felt some pain in his heart.

Back to class.

La: - Chamkili were did u go after lecture ended.

Khushi: - nothing I just went to washroom.

La: - Ok fine but y does ur eyes look as if u were crying.

Khushi: - No yaar u know me very well dat I have allergy from crying. Their must have something gone in her eyes. La knew very well wat happened bcoz she had gone to see were Khushi went in such a hurry. But she was shocked Khushi was thnking him but y. They just met today for d first time then. She was little confused n also saw Khushi's tear filled eyes n bhai looked as if badly hurt. Wat is happening here. Will find out later but not now. n then went back to class before Khushi came back.

Day went like a storm with lecture n studies. After dat Khushi didn't think about Asr. After college all friends met had some chat n went back to their respective home n radio station.Payal saw Khushi was not her usual. Payal asked her wat happened but Khushi didn't say anything.

Payal: - I know Khushi something has happened if u don't want to tell me now I m fine with it. Take ur own time. I m always ready to listen to u. U know dat very well.Ok

Khushi: - Fine jiji I will tell u while going back home. Come lets have some fun now.

They completed their work n went home laughing n discussing things with each other. Khushi told everything about Arnav. Payal felt bad but told Khushi not to give importance to him n give 100% to her studies already she is having tough time.

At Raizada House after La came back from college: -

La: - Hi everybody I m back. Gave kisses to everybody.

Mami: - Hello hi bhat happens y so happy. Ka hua itni kahe uchal rhi hai

Nani: - Lagat hai aaj callege maa apan khup maja kiya.

La: - Nothing mani nani bhai came today to teach us. N ya had fun with my friends.

Nani:- for once y don't u bring all ur friends here. We would all like to meet them. N specially ur Chamkili.

Mami:- ha ha La vring al ur friends ur chamkili n payal too. Khup dekhan ka man karat rhi.

La:- Ok I will tell them.hey I have a brilliant idea. She thought something in her mind but I need ur permission for dat.

Nani & Mami :- bhat tell tell.

La :- y don't we all ladies means my friends nani n mami have slumber party on Saturday nite as we all will b free for Sunday. Wat do u say how is it.

Nani : - Slumber party e ka he kono alag tarah ka party hai ka. (wat is this slumber party. Is this some kind of different party)

La:- are nani slumber party means girls nite party for only girls . we all will have fun we can dance sing do anything

Mami:- sasuma kamka karni hai e party plz plz sasuma. I will makeupwaa u all girls.

La:- Ok done then lets have party. But wat about Akash bhai n bhai

At dat time Akash n Arnav enter home from office.

Arnav:- Wat about us.

Nani Mami n La look at each other n tell nani to say it. Nani cleared her throat n said Arnav bitwa e shaniwar ka hai na La apan sare doston ke saath or hamre saath ka kahat hai ha slumber party karna chahat hai to hum kahat rhe tum dono se puch ke bolungi. (Arnav La want's to have slumber party on Saturday with all her friends n with us so I told her I will ask u both n then tell her)

Arnav smiled at his crazy family n said y not. Me n akash wont interrupt u. u can do whatever u want to do. As long u all r in ur limits n La don't bring too many friends.

La got very excited n happy hearing this n hugged both her brothers tight n smiled at them

La: - thnx bhai.

Arnav thought of Khushi n asked La

Arnav:- La how many friends do u have.

La: - Smiled inwardly. Hmm let me think Chamkili Payal n Anjali dats it.

Arnav :- Chamkili dats very strange name.

La: - No bhai her real name is something else I love to call her chamkili. D girl whom u saw seating '.

Arnav's phone rang n he went to receive d call. N they couldn't talk anything further.

Later in d nite all were in their respective rooms. In Arnav's room. He was not able to sleep properly. Whenever he would close his eyes he could see Khushi's tears.

When he was not able to sleep he ran his fingers through his hairs n thought I think I was too harsh on her. She just wanted to thnk me wat would have happened if I had let her speak n didn't insulted her. Mr.Arnav Singh Raizada u r a big fool. Hmm wat to do now nothing can be changed. After dat he slept at early in d morning.

Next day in college:-

Khushi n La in their classes discussing some design. N then Arnav came for his lecture. 1^st he looked at Khushi. She looked little tense after his entry in d class.

Arnav: - So class I think all have completed their assignment which I had given yesterday. So lets see who has done what. Keep ur design on ur desks n I will come n look at it.he started to go on each n every benches n saw everybody's designs but he did not find anything interesting. Then he came in Khushi's n La's bench.

Arnav was very impressed with both of them. He felt proud.

Arnav: - So class I m very disappointed on all of u. After hearing this Khushi thought she was not good enough. Already she was not able to concentrate on anything rite now. From so many students I only found 2 sincere students. Who were quit impressive. Miss Khushi Kumari Gupta and Miss Lavanya. U all have to work very hard n u two keep it up. Khushi's eyes had a twinkle of happiness in her eyes. Don't get over confident for this bcoz over confidence is very dangerous to harm u.From corner of his eyes Arnav saw every expression of Khushi. When she was sad when she was happy. Crazy girl he thought n even make him crazy.

Sheetal was feeling very jealous of Khushi n La. They were getting importance from everybody n nobody was looking at her.

Lecture ended n before living Arnav said on Friday after college u all have to give a test from dat I will know who is serious about studies.but Khushi was shocked bcoz she can't wait for test. She thought of talking to him. But she knew he wouldn't listen n even insult her like their 1^st day. But still silently Khushi went behind Arnav.Khushi's heartbeat increased for some unknown reason as if she ran marathon. When Arnav felt Khushi to b behind him he turned towards her. He saw she was nervous n twisting her dupatta. Clearing his throat to get her attention. Khushi looked at him n took deep breadth n said

Khushi: - Laad Governor kahin ka. What does he think of himself king of some kingdom. Yes he did permit me bcoz Veerji came n saved me. But told me to give test on Friday in staffroom infront of him. As if I will cheat. If I get some chance in life I will give him chai filled with hot red chilly powders.Plz Devi Mayia give me such chance.

Hearing this from Khushi about her own brother La couldn't control burst out laughing.She had to literally catch hold of her laugh n stomach to control herself.

La :- Before I forget to tell u Payal n u both r coming to my house to stay on Saturday till Sunday as u both don't have work to do on that day. My family is very eager to meet u guys. We all gonna have slumber party. Its gonna be fun.

Khushi :- How can we come n stay whole nite when ur both brothers r there. I m sorry La we won't come.
