What we were discussing was about Aarti! Kushi as you said is of different caliber all together. As the title suggests its about Kushi - Keeping Kushi. Imagine if Arnav Singh Raizada or Aarti were in the same position as Kushi would they have risen so ! No never. Even after undergoing all the hardships she is a cut above the rest with no bitterness! That's why everything revolves around her. She is the Polaris(Pole Star /Lode star) A star that guides but doesn't overpower other stars. In yesterday's comment this has been dealt.

I may have mentioned this before, but of all your stories, I am enjoying this story the most. Khushi has grown in confidence - love will do that for you; Arnav's reactions to fatherhood - joyous to read; and Aarti - how is it possible not to like her, empathize with her and if there is a girl who needs kindness in her life, well then it's definitely her - and NK is the guy to provide it. Looking forward to reading more of her story.

Aww they're gonna be parents!!! But with Khushi's scars etc will she be in pain from having the baby...?

Poor Aarti! Her father was a disturbed, sick man - glad he's gone and she and her mother can move on! Hopefully she'll let a certain 'Sunflower' make her happy!

I love this description for NK - he really is a little ray of hilarious sunshine isn't he?

a very heart-warming update... thank god khushi wasn't all coy but came out with the news all confident and happy... really cracked up at this line of hers, hilarious and loving at the same time: "The effort was all yours." "I just had a lovely time."his gobsmacked expression was to die for as were the tears in his eyes and the gentleness with which he cupped khushi's belly... their love for each other and for the new life leaps from the page!

the images, both the teary-eyed one and the shy one, are very apt!

am falling hard for the very practical aarti and her one-liners! clearly a great wit: "Why does he look as though someone hit him on the head with a hard object?", Aarti asked in a low but matter-of-fact voice. still can't understand her attempts to escape though! aarti wondering if she could make arnav send nk packing to sydney in return for the help rendered by her to khushi was just awesome! really love the thoughts running through her head and her irritation at being ensnared in the love of this crazy extended family!

arnav thanking both payal and aarti was touching... my respect for him increased when he wanted to keep the pregnancy news hidden for the moment so as not to steal the spotlight from the bride and groom... that is as should be!

aarti's clothes in the wardrobe and her joy at being gifted the sari brought a lump to my throat! each time her father's atrocities are revealed, he falls more in my eyes, not that he had any high place before!

eager to see arnav pampering his wife!
