Congrats Saiyu on your new thread. Wow we got FS update first 😃. Nani and Anjali have already started making decisions for Khushi, while Arya surely knows her way through to convince her Khushi di. The shopping incident clearly reflected that Arya is more open to share her troubles with Khushi than any family member, which was seen earlier too. The girl probably just requires an assurance, motherly love and care to express, that was missing till now.

Coming to the party, Arnav was aware of Khushi's discomfort at such parties which got him concerned when she was not within his range of vision. When he saw her with Shyam, the anger and concern turned to what is second nature for him, a taunt. The regret, the open dori, her beauty and the rush of emotions he felt made him crave for her.

Khushi on the other hand was hurt and frustrated. When the dori opened exposing her back, she saw the desire in his eyes mirroring her inner ones which made her give him the needed encouragement. She may be brave to accept her fantasies in front of Arnav, but she yet has traditional roots. This gets reflected in the way she greets everyone with a Namaste and the various mannerisms that Shyam noticed at the party. When she heard the couple's conversation, the usage of the word wh**e was probably what made her react in such a manner. She may not regret her fantasies, but she is confused as to how to proceed with them and whether Arnav considers her too as an object.
