In the morning she gets up and walks sraight to the children's room…she wakes them up and ready's them…then she goes to her room n see's shahid is in the shower…so she goes to the kitchen
He comes out n murmurs to himself
Shahid : so now no clothes kept ready…cool….and he remembers he hasn't packed his back…he has to leave for his month long outdoor schedule…so he starts packin his bag…priyansh enters..
Priyansh: dad??
Shahid: hey…my boy…waddap… dey hi five
Priyansh: dad breakfast is ready
Shahid's smile fades
Priyansh: mom is wid shayanka…she's busy
Shahid talks to himself again"so busy that she cant even come and call me down"
Priyansh: dad….
Shahid comes back to his senses
Priyansh: is everything ok…???
Shahid fakes a smile
Priyansh: come soon dad
Priyanka and shayanka are done with their breakfast when the boys of the house come…dis annoys him more…
Shahid: cool….had your breakfast….itni bhuk lagi thi dat you couldn't wait?(he says looking at shayanka)
Priyanka ignores him…she is in no mood to fight over nothing
Shayanka: shhhoooryy papa
He smiles and picks her up
Shahid: chalo papa ke saath…I hav to pack my bag….i hav to go out na for a month
He luks over priyanka n she too looks at him suddenly rememberin he is leavin but dey don't say a word…so he goes up with the kids
Its afternoon now and he has to leave…it was almost a ritual in the kapur house that everyone would see shahid off at the airport whenever he went out….but today was different…he comes down with the suitcase…he walks towards the door straight…
Priyanka notices this…this was so kiddish….she is pissed and wants to just scream at him but she doesn't….as soon as he turns she says a light bye and walks off…he too leaves
He sits in his car and luks out expecting her to come at the window…she doesn't…
Inside the house priyanka is walkin towards the window wen her toe hits the bed post…she tries walking but cant…somehow she manages to go near the window but he had already left…a tear trickles down her cheek…she fights it back and picks up a pencil n paper n starts sketching…her work always relaxed her…but not this time…she cant concentrate…she knows he has always been so possessive about her and that is something she loves abt him…she goes out of the house and sits on the lawn and stares at d sky…unable to hold back her tears anymore she sobs

Its been a month…he is supposed to be back any day…not a word was spoken between them in the entire month…not even a call…not even a msg…its killing both of them….they hav been trying to put aside their ego n talk but in vain...
Priyanka had gone to some clients place wen his car pulled up outside their bungalow…he stopped at the gate and smiled at the name plate…this too, she had designed…it had taken her so long…"THE KAPUR'S" it read…the name plate reflected the sun rays and it hit his eyes…he shut dem and was surprised to see a tear roll down his cheek…he hadn't noticed wen his eyes became moist…
The kids came out of the house screaming n clapping…he picked up both of them and looked towards the house hoping to see her…wen he dint he jus shook his head and went inside along with the kids…he went to his room straight and lay on the bed…he was just starin at the ceiling…there was a knock on the door and priyansh entered…
Priyansh: she's out dad…
Shahid: uhm…what?
Priyansh…dad…mom is out…at a client's place…
Shahid nods…
Priyansh: its been a tuff month dad…
Shahid? Wad??? For whom??(pretends to not knw anything)
Priyansh: for both of u…
Shahid smiles : how has she been?
Priyansh: terrible…she's cried so much…and then removed her frustration on lil things that go wrong…
Shahid jus luks down at the floor…priyansh places a hand on his lap…he luks up
Priyansh: look dad, I dunno whose fault it was or wad the matter is…but plz if u could…dad its your anniversary tomorrow…
Shahid suddenly remembers this…in all the mess he had forgotten about it completely…
Priyansh: I hope u get my point dad
Shahid nods and assures him he'l do something…he hugs him…then they go down and make a plan...the kids wont tell priyanka that he is back according to the plan…he leaves the house to make all the arrangements…
Its 9'0 clock wen priyanka enters the house…she goes up to her room n freshens up and sits for dinner with the kids…the kids are behaving weird since the time she's been back…they have just been looking at each other and giggling…she tried askin dem but in vain…finally irritated she raises her voice at them
Priyanka: tum dono…agar koi shaitani kin a toh…
Shayanka: mumma humne kuch nahi kiya woh toh bas…
Priyansh places his hand on her mouth and drags her towards their room…
Priyanka: kya bol rahi thi woh?
Priyansh: nothing mom….nothin at all
Priyanka shakes her head and goes to her room…and starts sketching…its 11.45...d doorbell rings…its d watchman
Watchman: madam who garage band nahi ho raha theek se…aake check kar lijiya na
Priyanka: driver nahi hain?
Watchman: nahi who chale gaye
Priyanka: ok…tum jao main aati hun…
