Chapter 3

Recap:

As soon As Kunwar heard this an unknown feeling started finding its way in his stomach….he got sooo happy and excited…this happiness couldn't be hidden…His mom instantly understood it and smiled at her son….He got a lil embarrassed…

On the other hand Shakti was trying her best to avoid Kunwar so that she dsnt have to hide or pretend with regard to her emotions…..

S-Aunty woh………….!!!!!!!!!!!!

S-Aunty woh...

KM- nai beta main kuch bhi nai sun ne wali tum sab ko aana hi hoga...

S-Aunty hum sach mein nai aa payenge.. idhar bahut kaam hai...plzzz...

Kunwar was looking at his mom while holding his breath trying to decipher his mom's expressions at the same time hoping that Shakti will say a yes...

KM- nahi beta maine kaha na tum sabko aana hoga...mujhe yaad hai tumne last week kaha tha ki tum sabko yeh diwali ka week free hai...soo main tumhare koi bhi bahane nai sun ne wali...aana hai matlab aana hai...woh bhi kal sham tak...

Kunwar felt bad cz wen last week he had indirectly made a plan of going out with friends and asked Alisha to ask Shakti as well Shaks had said they are not getting a holiday...which meant she had lied to them,...which also means she was trying to avoid him...anyways he was just praying that she says a yes now atleast..

Shakti on the other hand did want to upset Kunwar's mom nor did she want to him to know about her feelings wen they met cz she knew if she was in front of him he will for sure come to know the truth as she couldn't hide anything from him...finally after a lottt of thinking...

S-Ji theek hai aunty hum kal sham tak pahunch jayenge...main aapko hamare flight ke timings msg kardungi...

KM- very good...bahut maza aayega...aur haan aap sab hamare saath hi rahoge aur main koi bhi bahane nai sunugi...mujhe tumhare landing timing msg kardena Kunwar tum sabko lena aa jayega...Bye beta c see you all soon...

Before Shaks could reply anything she cut the phone...

Kunwar's happiness knew no bounds...his heart were doinf somersaults and back-flips and cart-wheels and what not...he wanted to jump and shout but knew that his mom was looking at him...

KM-Beta tum chale jaoge na unhe pick up karne ke liye...?

K-JI maa aap itna insist kar arhi hai toh main chaa jaunga..(he said trying to control his emotions.)

His mom knowing him veryyy well rolled her eyes and left ruffling his hair

KM-Nautanki...(in her mind-main jaanti hun beta tumhare mann mein kya chal raha hai...Maa hun tumhari...)

Shakti on the other hand before she could say anything aunty had cut her call...

She went downstairs where her family was watching some comedy program on the TV..

S- Maa Papa...

Both in unison-Haan Beta..

S-woh actually main Kunwar ki mom se baath kar rahai thi toh unhone hum sabko unke ghar invite kiya hai yeh ek week spend karne kr liye...unhone kaha hum diwali saath celebrate karenge...maine bahut try ki mana karneki lekin aap unhe jante hi ho na...im sorry maine aap logon ko puche bina unhe haan kardi...hum chlenge na..??

SM(Shaks mom)- haan beta isme puchne wali kya baat hai...hum sab chalenge..tum tickets book karlo hum packing karte hain...kab nikalna hai..??

SD(shaks dad)-haan beta its ok...kab nikalna hai..??

S-thanks maa-papa...hume kal sham tak pahuchna hai toh kal Dupahar ki tickets le leti hun..

SM-theek hai beta hum sab tayari kar lete hai..

Mukti-yipeee ek aur holiday...woh bhi mere best friend ke saath...bahut maza aayegaa...

Neeti-haan aur vaise bhi Kunwar ki mom dad bahut sweet hai..

Shakti dint know why but she felt very happy seeing the connection her family had with him and his family...she felt proud...she couldn't understand why was she feeling like this...or maybe she did understand but dint wanna accept the fact...so she booked 6 tickets online and sent a msg to kunwars mom that their flight would land at 5pm in indore the next day...

When kunwars mom told him this he got extremely excited and dint know how to react...he started giving instructions to his mom asking her to prepare all of Shakti's most loved food stuffs...seeing this behaviour of her son she simply smiled and got to work...

Chapter 4

Recap:

When Kunwar's mom told him this he got extremely excited and dint know how to react...he started giving instructions to his mom asking her to prepare all of Shakti's most loved food stuffs...seeing this behaviour of her son she simply smiled and got to work...

Entire night was kinda sleepless for both of them...both were lost in their own sets of thoughts...

Shakti's POV:

I did tell aunty yes about coming there but I don't know how I am gonna hide my feelings in front of everybody...not only my entire family but even his entire family would be there...It's not going to be easy..but I have to do it,...coz he is only my BEST FRIEND and nothing more...he already has a gf Charlie and I cannot come between them...I need to behave normally the way I used to during DID days and even in the beginning days of D3...

It was 3 in the night and these thoughts were hovering and disturbing her mind...making her decision firm about her feelings and behaviour she drifted to sleep...

Meanwhile...

Kunwar's POV:

Tomorrow she is going to be here...I can't wait to see her...it's been sooo long since I have met her and spoken to her...But I don't know what is the reason behind this extreme happiness...She is my bestest buddy right..??Actually no she is not ONLY my best buddy...she is something more than that...but I have Charlie in my life how can I feel like this for Shaks...?? Or was Shaks this important in my life from the day I saw her and I just ignored these thoughts about her because of the fear of losing her...??? Gosh my life has become a question paper...(saying this he laughed inwardly coz he remembered a scene which Shaks and He had done in D3...{guys remember the scene after the 1^st day of the dance fest when Rey and Kria are in the locker room and he asks her the ans.to his ques.}...)

These questions were creating a havoc in his head...and the excitement of the day was making him feel tired...so keeping in mind the preparations he had to do the next day he too drifted to his peaceful sleep...

The next morning both the houses viz. Mohan parivaar and Singh parivaar (:P) were busy in their preparations...Shaks had told her two bestest buddies Alisha and Vinti that she is going to Kunwar's house for a week...both them were happy coz they very well knew the status of the feelings they both had for each other...

Kunwar was going berserk...he was giving out instructions to tons of people at the same time...the decorators for the diwali decoration...his mom for the food to prepare tonight...his siblings for checking the provisions for the Mohan's to stay...

It was around 2 pm in the afternoon...he was getting ready in his room...his room looked as if a cyclone had just struck there...his cupboard was empty and his bed looked like his wardrobe...his mom came in and got a mini heart attack...
K- kya pehnu kya pehnu...what should I wear??
KM- Amar beta yeh kya kar rahe ho...???ho kya gaya hai tumhe..?? tum koi shooti ya IV ke liye jaa rahe ho??
K- kaisi baat kar rahi ho maa...mujhe Shaks ko...I mean Uncle Aunty Neeti Di sabko pick up karne jaana hai na...
KM- his mom let out a slight chuckle...beta tumhe 4 baje nikalna hai and abhi 2 baj rahe hai...
K- he looked highly embarrassed...and just played with his hair like a 2 year kid who had made some silly mistake..

KM- chalo abhi yeh sab mess theek karo kyunki Shakti beta yahin tehrne waali hai...

K-kya...????? he had the shock of his life...

KM- haan isme shock hone wali kya baat hai..??tumhari best friend hai na woh...uske liye apna room sacrifice nai kar sakte...??woh yeh room mein rahegi aur tum bagal(next to it) wale room mein...ab chalo jaldi karo...

He started cleaning his room to make it spotless cz he knew Shaks loved cleanliness and wouldn't bear any kind of untidiness...

it was 4 pm and he left from his house towards the airport...both of them were have various mixed feelings in their heart...he was waiting outside the arrival terminus...

On the other hand she was feeling butterflies in her stomach..she just couldn't keep those butterflies in control...Neeti Di and Mukti both noticed this and laughed...they knew what both of them felt for each other...
soon they had got their luggage and headed out...

They saw Kunwar and he waved towards them...he touched Uncle and Aunty's feet and hugged them...he gave a warm hug to Neeti Di and Mukti...Neeti was like an elder Sis to him and also his adviser on all things..while Mukti was like Friend to whom he could talk anything but ofcourse how could he share his feeling for Shaks to the both of them..however they still knew what he felt for their Sis...

He then turned towards Shaks and then the world around them came to a standstill...they could feel the sparks...Neeti and Mukti thought of giving them space and took their mom dad and luggage towards his car leaving them alone behind...

They smiled at each other...she had tears in her eyes which would give way any moment...seeing this he just pulled her in a tight warm hug...OMG...how much had they missed this warmth and comfort of each others hug...they were oblivious of their surrounding...they were just lost in their own world...

Soon they parted and he wiped the tears from her cheeks...

K- Kitni baar kaha hai inhe kabhi aane nai dena chahiye...apni bidaayi mein kya karogi...???

S- hitting him playfully...yeh khushi ke hai pagle...

K- haan haan pata hai Shaks..chal abhi ghar...you must be tired na...im sooo happy to see you...tujhe pata nai hai how much i missed you...

S- same here Kunwar...

Before she could say anything...

K-in full filmy style keeping his hand on his heart...Haayeee yeh naam tere muh se sun ne ke liya mere kaan taras gaye the...

And then their famous LLHH started...

She was the first to look away trying to hide her already pink cheeks...

S- chal abhi...ghar nai jaana...

They went towards the car and all of them left for his house...they all chatted a lot in the car...she loved the fact how he fitted sooo well in her family as if he was a part of it since ages...

They reached his house and the usual exchange of hellos and how are yous happened...

Note-sorry guys about the late update...i had been busy and really upset...coz my exam result was not that good and not what i had expected...i hope you All won't give me many gaalis..and guys the response is not that good from you all...its like im sending PM's to approx 60 ppl and the likes and comments r not even 20%...if this is the status then i guess 1-2 parts more and I will end this SS...please give me our views incase you all want me to change anything or your ideas for the storyline...will be awaiting your response...lots of love-Aabha.😊❤️
