RECAP: Raj introduced himself to the class. Seher is allotted her room and has been told about an evening surprise party.

Raj is back from school at his rental apartment where he finds his aunt waiting, "Aunty! You could have called me up; sorry you had to wait because of……" "……Stop that Raj! Tell me how are you? You didn't even tell me that you are coming to Mumbai? Thank God your mother called me up!", said Neeta Aunty (Reema Lagu). "Thanks for coming aunty, come inside naa." "Now you'll say thanks also to me???????", authorized aunty. "Ups! Sorry, I'll compensate by having today's dinner with you all, so done?", Raj waited for her approval. Aunty said, "But today we are going to Singhanias' Party; their daughter is getting married soon." "Well! It's ok Aunty, better luck next time!" exclaimed Raj. "Why don't you come along beta?" Raj couldn't understand, "No no no aunty! I'm fine here. I'll manage." "I know you'll manage but beta what's the harm in coming. Singhanias are one of the biggest industrialists here. You are new so you'll also get to meet the most happening personalities of Mumbai. It'll be a great party guaranteed. Now don't refuse!" explained aunty. "I guess you are right, but I don't know anyone, what will I do?", Raj questioned. Aunty replied, "You better not say that Raj because Akriti (Gurdeep Kohli) is also coming along." "Oh wao! I'm coming aunty, thanks!" "SHUT-UP!!" Both of them laugh and Neeta Aunty leaves.

Now it's time to meet Neeta aunty and Akriti. Neeta aunty is a widow who lost her husband in Kargil War; Late Major Veer Pratap Sahwney. Now Neeta aunty and her daughter Akriti live alone. Akriti is an upcoming Fashion Designer and has her own boutique. The equation between the cousins i.e. Raj and Akriti is really good.

Seher was getting ready for the party when she saw the reflection of her mother coming in her room. "Mumma????" She runs to hug her in excitement. "How are you beta? It's been a long time naa! I missed you sweetheart.", said Mrs. Singhania (Sudha Chandran). "How am I looking mumma?" asked Seher. "First you get ready then I'll see, and now don't tell me that you wanna wear this to the party!" explained her mother. "But mumma this is………" "Seher!!! Come on!!!!! You don't realize how special this party is! It holds the most awaited moment of your life. I sent a dress for you, wear that, trust me! You'll look the best!!"

"Ok! But mumma, what is so special about today's party?" questioned Seher. "It's a surprise. Now I'll also go and get ready. Take Care."

"Why am I not feeling comfortable about this surprise thing? I love surprises, still I feel so reluctant about this one! God help me!!"

Mrs. Singhania is getting ready when her husband steps in. "I hope you have not disclosed the reason behind this party to Seher." asked Mrs. Singhania. "I haven't, but I think we should ask her once." Opined Mr. Singhania. "She'll love it for sure. Don't worry. After all, we are her parents and if we have thought something for her, it's for her good only." "I guess you are right. Let it remain a surprise for her only." Both Mr. & Mrs. Singhania smile.

The party had begun; so had the excitement. Seher got ready and joined. As she stepped on the first stair, all eyes turned towards her. She seemed as an expanse of pure white serenity, her simplicity defined her beauty.

"Here comes my princess, Seher, meet Mr. Mittal (Ronit Roy)" said her dad. Though she wasn't interested, she still managed to smile. Seher was feeling uneasy at the party. Even the surprise thing was bothering her. Just then someone came with a red rose from behind.

"This is for you beautiful" said that person. "Thanks but no thanks! I don't accept anything from strangers." She turned away.

"Yash Mittal! Now you know me right?"

"Wrong!!! Just knowing your name doesn't mean I know you. Now please …………" Before Seher could complete she saw her dad on the stage requesting attention.

"Ladies and gentlemen! May I have your attention please? Today is a very special day. The reason for this party, as you all know, is the merger of two great business empires – THE SINGHANIAS & THE MITTALS.

Everyone including Seher clap. "But, the surprise element is yet to be revealed. But before that, I would like to call upon my darling daughter Seher; who has just come back after completing her higher studies from Europe!!"

Seher was surprised at her father's words. Yet, with the spotlight on her she had to control and go up to the stage with a smile.

Seher murmured to her father, "Papa what is this?" "Beta! Look in front, all the reporters are glancing here."

Seher had no choice!!!!

"So, ending your curiosity here, Mr. Yudhishthir Mittal will reveal the surprise element of the party." Saying this, he handed over the mike to Mr. Mittal.

"Hello everyone! I'm glad to announce that this merger of the SINGHANIAS and the MITTALS will be followed by a great event, i.e. the marriage of my son Yash Mittal (Chaitanya Choudhary) with the one and only, Seher Singhania!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Everyone clapped in reward but Seher could not take this. Her tears left her eyes to drop at her heart. She suddenly felt like everything had been snatched away from her. She could not bear the applause and ran out, leaving her as well as Yash's family surprised.

Outside, Raj had just reached the address. "Oh god! I'm too late as compared to the time I told Neeta Aunty. She must be waiting for me." He stepped into the Singhania Mansion's gateway path. "Wao!!!! What a house!!! Just like the one we dreamt of!"

Flashback:

Raj is sitting in his car with a girl and they are looking at the sunset.

"Raj! Our house should be such so that we can enjoy such beautiful moments of life from there." said the girl.

"But at the same time it should be beautifully designed."

"Oh ho! You leave that to me, you know my expertise at designing naa?" said the girl

"Ok done!!!"

Both hug each other saying I Love You

*End of Flashback*

"What has happened to you? Why are you remembering her today when she never turned back to look for you. She must be happy without you." Thinking this, Raj went straight to go inside as he was already getting late.

On the other hand, Seher comes running out of the hall to the pathway to go outside. Crying bitterly and thinking to herself, "This cannot be possible! I can't marry anyone else when………"

Suddenly her gaze freezed at a soothing encounter, her sadness lost somewhere in those deep eyes, her pain vanished in those arms, her tears refused to make that mistake again; to an artist's delight, time stopped for that moment. "Are you all right?" She was listening; still, she wasn't listening.

Raj realized who it was in his arms. "Seher????????" Raj was surprised to hell seeing what he saw. Seher too couldn't believe her destiny. Their eyes had met with their intense counterparts after such a long time……after 6 long years!!!!

Seher could not handle her emotions and fainted in his arms.

PRECAP: "Thanks dude for saving my fiance." said Yash without realizing the pain it caused to Raj.
