PART 21
Days and months passed. The grueling winter was over as spring took its place. No more freezing temperature and icy cold for a while. Flowers started to bloom all over giving a fresh look to everything just like Kashish's life. She was enjoying this seasonal change as much as the changes in her life. New place, awesome friends and an ambitious future, she couldn't ask for more. She felt that the void that was created by loneliness in her life was finally disappearing as she happily blend in with her best friends especially Priya and Kripa. Kashish stood at the balcony sipping her coffee, watching the almost empty campus. She found the love she had from her family in priya, kripa veena. They now held a special place in her hearts. In these days she got really close with this family. It was like a home away from home. She even thought that she wouldn't survive in this strange city without their support. They did everything in their power to expose the cheer full side of kashish. But there was some one else who was having a big effect in her life. It was none other than Sujal. She laughed at the thought of him. Yes. It was the same person she thought that she had to stay away from. Now he became a vital part of her life. He had become her best friend. In these days she got to know a whole new side of Sujal. There was more to him than just a Casanova. He was charming, funny, smart and stupid at the same time. He always did something to make her laugh. She could understand why he was the heart throb of so many girls. There wasn't a single girl in the campus with whom he hadn't a fling with. Why talk abt any other girl? She herself was one of his victims. Even she couldn't escape from his magic spell. Not that she fell in love with him or anything. He never wasted a chance to flirt with her or tease her. But she never took any of it seriously and he knew it. But she knew he cared for her and never do anything to hurt her. Priya, kripa and sujal always pulled her leg. But she enjoyed all of it to the fullest extend. Sometimes she even let them do it. Her life was changing and she was aware of that. May be for good. There was this hope now which she hadn't before with these wonderful friends in her life. She came out of the balcony after hearing the ring of her cell phone.

Kash: hello priya.

Priya: Kashish u r not ready yet.

Kash: nahin. I just came back from the library.

Priya: ok there is a packet in my bed. Take it.

Kash: what is it? (She saw a black packet in Priya's bed. She walked towards it while talking to Priya.)

Priya: it's a dress for u to wear tonight.

Kash: but I already have a dress.

Priya: ya I know. U were planning to wear that stupid, ugly black dress. Aren't you.

Kash: it's not stupid and ugly. U know I got that on sale. The shop owner said he will give me this only for $50. But I made him agree to 40. (Kashish replied like she did something proud.)

Priya: KASHISH. Do u have any fashion sense? U look like a fat 50yr old woman with no life in that dress. U r not coming with us wearing that dress to a PARTY.

Kashish opened the packet in meanwhile and saw a beautiful cream coloured skirt which was up to the knees with a spaghetti strap top.

Kashish: emmmm priya u know I don't wear these kinda dresses. (Kash shrieked seeing the length of the skirt.)

Priya: if u don't come to the party without wearing that dress, y r sooo dead.

Kashish: (finally giving up) fine I'll wear it. Ok. Bye.

She put the phone down and looked at the dress again and let out a big sigh. She then walked towards the bathroom to take a shower. She was ready in half an hour. She wore the cream dress. Priya was right. She did look beautiful in that dress. Her hair was still wet a bit. She tied her hair loosely with a clip. She wore a silver chain with matching long dangling earrings and put on a light make up. She was admiring herself in mirror so much that she didn't even notice some on entering the room. Sujal stood at the door with his mouth wide open when he saw kashish. He couldn't believe his eyes when he saw her. She was looking so beautiful, innocent and angelic……..he didn't have words to describe her beauty. This was the first time she dressed up like this. He saw her long, silky curly hair tied up with a clip, her long earrings which was kissing her neck and the cream dress which he had selected when he went shopping with Priya. He loved the dress on first sight at the display. So he told Priya to buy it. Priya bought it for Kashish. The dress was perfect for her. It showed her curvy body and her long smooth legs. He had never seen such a natural beauty before. 'Oh my god what m I thinking. She's my best friend,' he thought in mind. He slowly went towards her who was still busy staring herself at the mirror. Kashish suddenly became aware of someone else presence in the room when she felt a hot breath on her shoulders and thru the mirror she saw it was Sujal. Sujal slowly took his hand and took the clip out of her hair, letting the hair fall all over her shoulder. "u look more beautiful with ur hair open", he slightly whispered in her ear. She felt butterflies in her stomach and goose bumps all over her body when his hand slightly brushed her neck. She turned around to see Sujal staring at her. He then moved back wards giving a head to toe look at her.

Sujal: My my…….....Someone is ready to kill.

Kashish: Sujal. (She slightly hit his arms.)

Sujal: haye haye. Mein to mar java. Aapne hamein choo liya, samjo zindagi badal gayi.

Kashish knew he was just playing with her, for some reason she loved a guy complimenting her for the first time. But she didn't show it but instead pretended to be mad at him.

Kashish: one more word u r dead Sujal.

Sujal: aap ki is aada to hamein maar hi dala. Aur kitni baar maarogi?

She tried her best not to show him her cheeks that went pink due to blushing. But too late he already caught her.

Sujal: are kya baat hain aap to sharma gayi. App is tarh hamein baar baar kyun maar rahe ho?

Kash: SUJAL if u want to die that fast. Just sit here. Priya will come here and do that job 4 u. Lekin mein jaa rahi hoon. I don't want to die that easily. (she moved towards the door pretending that she is leaving.)

Sujal: ok ok. I'm coming with u. Actually I have to warn all my friends at the party.

Kash: why?

Sujal: (giving her a naughty look) Well I don't want u to kill my friends like u did to me.

Saying this he ran. It took kash a while to understand what he said. But when she understood, she too ran after him vowing to kill him.
