Recap: Rey and Swayam are appointed Gs and Cs respectively. The girls ask for a treat on this occasion
"Of course treat will be there" said Rey
"But only after we find the AGS and ACS" said Swayam
"Now who could that be" said Rey as both of them went into deep thought
Suddenly a smile appeared on the boys' faces. They looked at each other and Hi-fived.
"That's it" they said and then looked at the girls
"Wait...what? what is it?" the girls asked and looked at each other...
PART 8
"NO!" said Sharon. The four of them were inside the hall where the dazzlers had brought the girls for ragging the first time.
"Why not?" asked Swayam. The Boys (as we had guessed :p) had thought of making Sharon and Taani the new assistants. This was their great idea, or so the boys thought, but they had to make the girls agree first and that's why they had brought them to the hall.
"Because...well...we just can't do it" said Taani
"Of course you can..." said Rey
"Yea" said Swayam "Nothing's impossible"
"Yea right" said Sharon "Tell me one good reason as to why we should take up those posts"
"Umm..." said Swayam
"Yea!" said Rey "The sooner we get the assistants, the sooner you get your treat...and who else other than you guys are are close to us..?"
"Oh what a relevant reason" said Sharon rolling her eyes
"Seriously guys" said Taani "You've got to be kidding us"
"Come on guys agree no" said Swayam "Please..."
"No no no" said Taani "I can't..."
"We can't" said Sharon interrupting her "But if you want we can help you hold auditions...or find someone else or something.."
"Yea we can definetly do that" said Taani "But we can't take the posts...no...sorry"
"But we want you guys as the assistants" said Swayam and Rey together.
"No but we can't" said Sharon and picked up her bag.
"Yep" said Taani "No change in that. SHe too picked up her bag and they both left, Sharon heading towards the right while Taani to the left.
"Oh god!!" said Swayam as the girls went out the door "This isn't going to be easy as expected bro"
"You're right" said Rey "We have to do something...anything, make them agree"
"But how?" asked Swayam "We have to give the names by tomorrow or the day after...remember?"
"Arre this isn't going the way I planned" said Rey
"Happy realization" said Swayam and clapped.
"Hmmm..." said Rey glaring at Swayam for a second, then he said "Yo do one thing...go behind Sharon...do something, convince her and I'll go after Taani".
"Oooh" said Swayam
"What" asked Rey
"Master Reyaansh Singhania" said Swayam in a fake 'Angry sir' tone, acting stern "This is not the time for romance...we have a crisis here"'He giggled.
"Eh eh go re" said Rey "Go and convince your girl"
"My girl?" asked Swayam "First you like Taani and now you are saying that i like Sharon?"
"Well you do...don't you?" asked Rey
"N...mmm..uhh...no..." said Swayam
"Ya Ya i get your point" said Re smiling "Now end you garbled speech and quick...go"
"But...oh...Okay" said Swayam and both of them left.
After searching for a long time, Swayam finally found Sharon. She looked as if she was going to the library as she had lots of books in her hand, and the library was one of her favourite places in the college. She liked to sit with a book absorbed in it, forgetting about everything else around her. According to Swayam's sudden plan, he had to reach in front of her,so he took a shortcut round and reached a class she would pass if his guess was right.
He went inside the classroom and looked out through the window next to the door for Sharon, hoping she would come. After 2-3 minutes she came trotting down the hallway. As she passed, Swayam grabbed her hand and pulled her into the classroom, but while doing so, she tripped and Swayam caught her.

After sometime...
"Swayam?" said Sharon coming back to her senses.
"Huh? yea" Swayam said as he helped her stand up straight "Sorry Sorry...I...umm...I" He scratched his head, not able to find the right words to apologize.
Sharon laughed seeing Swayam's struggling face.
"It's okay Swayam" said Sharon "But why did you pull me?"
"Oh..that.." he said with a sheepish grin "I wanted to request you to take up the post...Sharon...please do it"
"Oh you came for that" Sharon said as her smile faded "I told you already didn't I?"
"Sharon..how can you not do it?" asked Swayam
"Swayam...what do you mean how can I not do it?" asked Sharon "I have to know everything or what?"
"Actually...yea" said Swayam "Someone as Intelligent, smart, beautiful, responsible, talented..." He paused to look at Sharon who was smiling and blushing at the same time.
"Wait..." He said when he saw that "You're smiling...so that means you'll do it right?"
"Swayam I..." she was interrupted by Swayam who placed his finger on her lips.
(Look-Look Hawa-Hawa)
"Shhh" said Swayam as he did so. Then he said in a soft tone "You'll do it...I know you're nervous and even though you're not, I'm confident in you...so is it a yes?"
Sharon nodded looking down.
"Good" said Swayam and removed his finger "now..." he picked up her books which were lying on the floor and gave it to her. Then he continued "you can go to the library"
Sharon smiled and started to leave.
"Okay then...Bye and thanks...a lot" Swayam said
"Bye" said Sharon as she proceeded to leave hurriedly, but stopped, turned a little so that Swayam wouldn't notice, smiled and then left the room.
All this while, Swayam who was looking at her, smiled (even though he hadn't seen Sharon turn back), rubbed his head and left.
SCENE SHIFTED TO REY
"Taani Taani Taani" Rey said running behind Taani down an empty corridor.
"No Rey" said Taani
"But...oh come on! please"
"No"
"Please please please...?"
"No Rey, I told you right?..then..."
Rey pulled at her hand, making her turn back
"Why not Taani...you are the one person suitable for the post, and I swear I would never doubt your work because I love yoo...ur work" Rey said (I think we all know what he was going to say 😛 )
Taani looked at her hand where Rey had held it, then she looked at Rey

After sometime Rey slowly let go of her hand.
"No Rey" said Taani after a few seconds "I'm not the suitable person for this. I'm nervous and I...I can't do anything right"
"Have you tried?" asked Rey "Atleast once?"
"I haven't tried or anything but..."
"But...but what?" asked Rey
"No Rey ...I know it...I know I can't" said Taani
"So...you won't do it..." said Rey
Taani shook her head
"Not even for me right?" Rey said and turned his back on Taani.
"It's nothing like that Rey" said Taani placing her hand on his shoulder.
Rey, even though he didn't want to...shook her hand off
Taani pondered over this for a few minutes, then she finally said:
"Okay okay Rey...I'll do it...I'll take the post"
Rey turned back almost immediately, smiling and without thinking anything...hugged her tightly
Suddenly he realised what he had done, and released her.
(Again Look-Look Hawa-Hawa and Taarey's BG tune)
"Sorry" Rey said sheepishly "I...in the excitement...I just..."
"It's Okay" said Taani and from the corner of his eye, Rey saw her blush.
For 2 seconds, none of them said anything. Atlast Rey spoke...
"Thanks Taani...Really a lot" he said
"You're welcome" Taani said smiling "uhh I have to go now...to the library...I had promised Sharon I would meet her there after sometime"
"Yea sure" said Rey "Bye...See you later?"
"Yea...Bye" said Taani and left, still blushing.
Did she just do something she didn't want to...for me? Does she like me...I mean feel for me? Do I feel for her? Why do I think about her everyday? Why do I think about her every night before I go to sleep? Why did I just hug her? and Why does my mind not stop asking stupid questions?...
Thousands of thoughts and questions buzzed around Rey's head as he walked towards the Boy's locker room...
