Faith Cruz entered the quite cabin of Kripa Kapoor and looked at her best friend gawking out the window of the sixth floor. "Why did you leave Kripa?" Faith watched Kripa startle at her voice, and quickly swipe her fingers across her cheeks. And then turn with red eyes yet a pure smile.
"I had to do something important, Faith. That's it." She sat down behind her desk and picked up and pen looking thought files and singing them. Faith placed her lab coat and stethoscope down on her desk and walked to Kripa. Kripa looked up at her and smiled. "How's the baby doing?" "Fine!" Faith replied placing her hand on Kripa's shoulder. Then she slowly sat on the arm of her chair and hugged Kripa. "It happened almost two years ago Kripa, he's been gone for almost nine months now. Move on is life. Please. I can't see you like this." Kripa hugged her back, "I don't know what you're taking about Faith. Now, if you would let me I need to go for my rounds. It's almost four." Faith left her. Kripa woke her doctor's coat and picked up her clipboard and stethoscope. "I'll see you in a bit Sweetheart." She turned and left the room.Faith watched her leave the room, and sat there sadly. Wishing everything would soon change.
