What a stirring update. The myriad of emotions is so enveloping. How calmly he tried to pry himself and his sister away from the darkness at the most gloomiest day of their life. So, so touching.

Only one word - Heartbreaking !!!

Doing narratives especially in a poignant setting as this, you excel in this ..and making your readers emotional ...heartbreaking indeed !!!

I could actually visualise the entire scene, Anjali ..Arnav ...Nani ...Anjali in bridal lehnga ...then in white salwar kameez ...Arnav standing alone n the corridor, lonely, lost, intimidated ...Arnav holding back his tears, tears are a sign of weakness ...the fire ...Arnav cried ...

So, that ref no is Arnav's then ? It was the letter shown in the excerpt ...

My heart goes out this 14year old man ... It will be interesting to see how the pen-friend helps him fight his demons ...🤗

What a powerful update. The emotions for Arnav and Anjali were heartbreaking. The anguish was in your writing. Masterful. I can't wait to see letters from Khushi to Arnav. Look forward to your next update. This is a great SS. So different.
