Little confused about their feelings. Think Kushi is in love with Arnav , but not sure about his feeling towards Kushi. Is it just a desire?

Love takes time .. as I believe. They felt attracted to each other, they gave in to their desire for each other .. love perhaps will eventually prevail but it was not love when it started. 😊
