The Rainas I can see a motive, especially Natasha, and even Dia (because, correct me if i'm wrong, I remember reading that the post-marriage changed khushi was close to Dia - keep your friends close and enemies closer?)

Now akash threw me off, but I thought it was a girl we were looking for... so an accomplice, doubtfully payal, unless she purposely spilled water on khushi and sent her towards arnav for her 'last breath'?
