Ananya is right !! Something is troubling Sharon, which is why she can't commit herself to Swayam fully !! And Swayam realises that too !! I just hope he's not too heart broken when she asks for time in the next update !!

Swayam was not willing to let go off Sharon..He wanted to stay like that forever..Sharon on the other hand was trying to control her tears. She was a very emotional girl who could not manage her emotions properly. For her, every single emotion was prominent, whether it was an outburst or a feeling of happiness. She used to show it.

They finally broke apart when Swayam uttered something.

Sw:Sharon, I cant tell you how happy I am..

Sharon didn't say anything. She was busy controlling her tears.

Sw:Sharon??

Sharon finally responded..

Sh:Yeah?

Sw:Why are your eyes wet??Is everything ok?Are you crying?

Sh:No..why will I cry on such an occasion Swayam??Something went into my eyes..Its aching..

Sw:Go and wash it with water..

Sh:Yeah.

She managed a smile on her face and went to the washroom.

As soon as she closed the room, she let it all loose and silent tears began trickling from her eyes..She was crying.She knew she could not go like that to him..She opened the tap and washed her face thoroughly with water and tried to make her heart believe that everything was normal..

Swayam was waiting for her in the living room. When she came, he spoke.

Sw: Sharon, is it okay??Are you fine??

Sh:Yeah..I am completely fine..

SwThats better.

The bell rang. Swayam noticed that it was 5..Everyone was supposed to come by then.

Rey and Kriya were the first to come.

R:Hey Swayam..Sharon what are you doing here?

Sw: Actually Rey, Sharon forgot the actual time.. She came here at 4.30 itself.

R: She came early?Or did you call her?

Sw:Oh please Rey..

K:Guys..stop talking all this stuff and lets concentrate on what we want to...The skit?Sharon have you thought about it?

Sharon was not in a mood to say anything. She kept quite .

K: Sharon??

No response..

Sw: Sharon??

Sharon finally responded.

Sh:Yeah?

K:I asked you if you thought about something??

Sh:No..I totally forgot about it..

K:Ok I guess these boys are not interested..Anyways..decide on something..I'll think about it too..and then text me your ideas ok?

Sh:Yeah..ok..

R:One minute, we are very much interested in all this..We will start right now..But what about Rinni??

K:She said that she couldn't come today.

R:Ok ..Sharon..??What happened??Where are you lost?

Sharon seemed to constantly think about something.She was responding in a monosyllabic way..

Swayam sensed Sharon's insecurity and covered up for her.

Sw: Rey..I guess we should end the discussion here..How about tomorrow?All of us will think about some ideas and discuss them tomorrow..What say?

R:Yeah ok.

Sharon looked at Swayam. She was glad that he knew her so well..

K:Ok fine..Bye guys..

Rey whispered to Swayam..

R:Did you ask her??

Sw:Yeah..I did..

Swayam saw Sharon going. He decided to talk to her..

R:What was her reply?

Sw:Rey..I'll talk to you later..Promise..Not now..

Swayam followed Sharon. He was calling out to her but to no avail. After two or three failed attempts, she finally heard his voice and turned to face him.

Sh: Swayam, no need to drop me...I'll go by myself..

Sw:No Sharon..I know you will..But I wanted to ask you if everything is fine.

Sh:Yeah..I am..What has happened to me Swayam?Nothing at all..Everything is fine..

Sw: If you say..then ..ok..

Sh: Bye Swayam..

Sw:Bye.

He gave her a smile and after she was gone, he muttered to himself.

Sw:I don't understand Sharon..are you lying to me??Or to yourself??I know you were crying Sharon..You are bad at lying..At least you cant lie to me..If you want to keep your problem to yourself, I wont force you..But I need to talk to you and figure out if you have a problem with this relationship.

Sh:You think this is a joke??Ananya??

An:I was just trying to cheer you up..

Sh:Cheer up, my foot! I am going, bye..

Saying this, she stormed off from there.

An(monologue): I seriously need to take interacting classes.

The next day in school..

Sharon didn't talk to anyone, didn't even glance at Swayam...just spoke with everyone in monosyllables..This behavior did not go unnoticed..Swayam started having a vague idea of what she was going to say.

Kr:Hey Sharon..Are you okay? I have been observing you from the morning..Is everything alright?

Sh: Just mind your own business, ok..Dont talk to me right now..especially when I am preoccupied..Sorry but I wont be able to respond properly..as of now..

After school,

An:Swayam, are you coming??

Sw:No..actually..I have to meet Sharon..You go home..I'll join you later..

An:Ok..(in her mind) Just hope Sharon doesn't hurt him..All the best Sharon..

Just then Sharon came and saw Ananya and Swayam..

An:Bye guys..

Sharon looked at Ananya..She was a bit unsure but she decided to give it a try..

Sw:Sharon, lets walk and talk..

Sharon nodded her head in a yes.

After 5 minutes, Swayam broke the ice..

Sw:Actually, I wanted to talk to you too..but you were the first one..So, you say...

Sh: No Swayam..you go ahead...

Sw:No..

Sh:please..I insist..

Sw:Ok fine..Its just that Sharon, I feel that you are unhappy with this relationship..Is that so??

Sharon didn't say anything. Swayam hesitantly spoke.

Sw:Sharon, yes I would have felt sad...i was happy at some time but then I noticed your uncanny behavior..Sharon, don't you know that I was happy because you were happy..And more than that, I am sad now because you lied to me..You said you were comfortable about it..

Sh:Swayam, first of all I did not lie, I just hid a truth and secondly, I did not talk about comfort..

Sw:Sharon, my happiness lies within you..I find solace when I see you smile, genuinely...

Sh: Swayam, please..please don't make me regret my decision..

Sw: Sharon, what was stopping you yesterday from telling all this to me??

Sharon was on the verge of crying by then. She let a teardrop trickle from her eye.

Sh:You!!Your face..Your eyes..The care you had in them for me...The fact that you were expecting me to say yes...Your every single emotion was hidden in your face..I could see all of them...I am sorry..I shouldn't really have done that Swayam...

She was crying hard by then..Swayam cupped her face .

Sw:Sharon,

Sh:please let me speak now Swayam...I thought about it yesterday..I am impulsive..you know me right..I take decisions quite hastily but the decision I took yesterday was not impulsive..I need some time..to come in terms with a few facts...And the day, I come in terms with my feelings, I will let it out to you..I promise...

She detached his hands from her face and without saying anything else, turned and went from there..Her cheeks were still wet..

Swayam, on the other hand was dumbstruck..Was destiny playing a game with him??Had happiness disappeared from his life??

Sw(monologue): Sharon, if you are not comfortable, I wont risk your comfort..I promise, from tomorrow, I won't make you feel uncomfortable..From tomorrow, you will see a changed Swayam.
