A dark Love

He pulled away catching his breath she opened her eyes as his lips removed from hers, his eyes were showing nothing except a mixture of anger and frustration she felt like he was battling with himself, she felt a flutter of panic in her chest'Is there another Mayank behind the mask of anger?what is the reason that he doesn't want to let that Mayank come in front of others?why he wants to hide himself behind this mask of fakness? A sudden wave of questions raised in her mind.

Still holding her tightly he was gazing at her trying to regain his composure that was somewhere lost in that intimate moment, She made no attempt to escape him; she was still too weak-kneed, too affected by his touch, his closeness,too lost in him that had been forgotten everything'everything for some moments that had been happening between them'their enforced marriage'his harsh behavior, his bitter words, Everything.

He jerked her away and she roused from her scattered thoughts with the shake of her body, she studied him for a brief moment in bewilderment and then her lips slightly shook finally finding her voice, "Mayank!" she slowly tested his name on her lips.

His heart had beaten fast for a moment to hear his name from her mouth but then recollected those scattered emotions.

She met with her angry glares those were flushed with frustration, rage and she gasped, "don't play with me Nupur Verma'I know you want to take revenge from me"

He groaned in anger as the words spilled from his lips and her eyes widen in shock what he was talking about? Revenge?

Ignoring those strange emotions which were floating in her eyes he clutched her shoulders and then pulled her roughly towards him, she hit with his chest still trying to collect her thoughts as his words slowly penetrating in her mind, he dipped his fingers in her flesh and she awaked from her thoughts with the moan of pain and a tear spilled from her eye, he stiffen and breathed deeply before he could let his heart to overcome his mind, he ignored her tear and dropped his gaze at her, "you can't successful in your mission'your father can't win this time'he will pay for his deeds'you can't save him this time'he will pay for snatching my parents'he is a killer--Don't think you can save him from me'Never"

She felt the backs of her eyes filled with tears but not from the pain he was giving her but from the words that were spilling out of his mouth. She was stunned, shocked at his words. What was he saying? Which sin her dad had done? Why he wanted to take revenge from her father? What he had done?

"I know you're doing all this to get my sympathy but you're wrong because I can't give you anything except my hate, my anger"

As words erupted his lips he felt she shivered under his touch, a momentary guilt penetrated into his heart and he loosened his grip realizing how tightly he was holding her.It must be paining her'he surely gave her pain---his fingers must have left the marks on her skin, he swallowed the lump of strange emotions and accepted to himself it had hurt him. She felt her breath come in little gasps as he dropped his arm and let himself stepped back but his eyes didn't break the contact with her eyes and in those moments he didn't see anger and accusation in her eyes for him but there was something else'might be panic'hurt'concern..But for whom?

He could've seen it was for him'he gulped trying to shrug the most correct answer.

He felt the pain of guilt scald his heart as his eyes had seen the tears shimmered in her eyes though he tried to jerk them away..He swallowed air several times before immediately walking towards their room taking long strides.

She pushed down the oxygen from her throat into her lungs, his words were still ringing in her mind, the pain, hurt the great grief in his voice still shaking her soul.

"What dad has done to his parents? What's the reason behind his rage'his anger?"She kept her hand on the wall for support trying to stable her composure.

"What he was talking about? Why he said all that?"Her back touched with the wall and she let out the gasp of relief finding support for her shaking body and then wrapping her hands around her she sat on the floor.

"Why did he say dad has snatched his parents?"A whisper of great panic erupted her lips and she rested her head back trying to collect her thoughts which were going again and again towards him.

He shut the door in anger behind him and tossed his shirt aside and then pacing in the room broke everything that came in front of his eyes to soothe his anger, "how could I do that?how could I let myself flow with that moment? Why didn't I stop myself? What had happened to me?"He screamed at himself hitting his fist with the wall, "Why did I hurt-----------"

He let the words faded in his mouth as her tears-streaked face appeared in front of his eyes, he swallowed the air remembering the way he clutched her shoulders, the way he pushed her hard.

A tiny drop of tear slipped from his eye and he touched it with his fingers feeling the wetness on his cheek, a sarcastic smile appeared on himself seeing the drop of tear that was lingering with the tip of his finger, "Tears'how did it come from my eyes after ages?"

He shook his hand and then dipping his face in his palm he breathed with the broken gasps'yeah it's hurts to see tears in her eyes'it's hurts to give her a pain'it's really hurt me.

He sank down on the couch still holding his face as finally the words erupted his lips that he was trying to remove from his heart.
