Kalyug ka Ramayan

Parichay mera "Samay"...

Aapka sutr dhaar;

Le chaloon aapko...

Beete yugon ke paar.

Maana hai sadiyon se ise...

Jeevan ka aadhar;

Ramayan is katha ki...

Khyati aparampaar.

Rushi Vyaas ki vaani...

Sri Ganesh ka lekh;

Tretayug ki is katha ke...

Paatr the anek.

Siya Ram ke is Ramayan mein...

Daanav bhi tha ek;

Raavan ke kukarm the...

Vibhinn aur atirek.

Kuch yugon baad fir...

Wohi katha dohrayi;

Tretayug to beet chuka tha...

Kalyug ki baari aayi.

Bhagya ke chall ne jeevan ko...

Ek aisa tha mod diya;

Manmohit hui Siya.

Fir us daanav ne...

Apna tha kuroop dikhaya;

Viraj ke antarmann mein...

Chipa tha Raavan ka saya.

Din pratidin Siya wahan...

Banddhi bani roti rahi;

Atyachar sahti rahi who magar...

Umeed ke moti pirote rahi.

Us daanav ne kuchle har sapne...

Fir har disha se loota;

Saptapadi ka har vachan...

Nir arth nikla jhoota.

Kabtak sahti chupchap woh...

Sabr ka baandh fir toota;

Tyag diya is bandhan ko...

Jab jeevan ka moh choota.

Mukt kar swayam ko...

Ja pohonchi Ayodhya Siya;

Lekar ek naya asthitva...

Punah jeevan ka prarambh kiya.

Is Ayodhya nagari mein...

Praja leti jinka naam;

Nirbal ka bal bane ladte...

Is katha ke Raghav Ram.

Jab Siya ne har pal swayam ko...

Atyanth duvidha mein paya;

Raghupati Raghav prakat hue...

Niyati ki palatne kaya.

Raghav ke aashray mein Siya ka...

Dukhit mann shant soya;

Fir bhagya ne samay ke bhu mein...

Vyatha ka ek beej boya.

Par yeh daanav bhi kapti hai...

Paane apne Siya ko sadaiva...

Ab yeh to kaal hi batayega...

Hoga kya is katha ka saar;

Vinaash kar Viraj ka...

Kya hoga Siya ka uddhar???

Yeh prashn yahan nahi rukta...

Yeh jata hai peedhiyon paar;

Har baar na Raghav aayenge...

Kintu honge Ravan hazaar.

Yaad rahe yeh sabko...

Samay ki chaun dhoop;

Har aurat mein base Siya...

Har aurat mein Kali ka roop.

I know this poem is a way too long and out and out in Hindi... But i couldnt bring myself to write this poem in English... but then I have the word help for those of you who may find a few words confusing.

Please leave your impressions after you read it... It would surely make my day

This was a penny put in so long ago... .. Glad that I could make this wish come true 😉

Somehow couldn't get myself to write it with the crap they have been shoving down our throats from past few weeks... but then yesterday i was like... I better write it before they stoop a level further and I loose the muse of writing this poem forever... Thus I have ended it not their idea of a woman as they plan to show... but rather on my own perception of womanhood.


P.S: Prithvi looks so in ur siggie... and I know he'll rock!!!...waiting for the flick!!!!
