Lost One But Other Came Along
She smiled at the baby in her arms while he giggled in to space it must just be because of her red scar on her face which might of made him laugh at it but she didn't care he was gorgeous like his mother. She softly kissed his soft and delicate head. This made him smile and yawn like a baby kitten.
He watched her from far he knew she wanted on for herself which was odd because she could just ask he won't have said no he would love to have on himself but right now it wasn't really working they thought it was just not there time, it's not like they have consummated their marriage and they haven't done it in some time it just seem to not happen and he knew she was worried
She got up and rocked him as she knew he was tired and so was she but she just didn't want to give him to his mother and in a few minute he fell asleep as a cute baby he is, she also didn't want to give him to his mother because she knew she would be tired and wanting rest but she then thought how would a mother rest without he child so she slowly carefully walked up the stair for two reasons 1 because she didn't want to drop Amrit 2 if she ran it would be bad as she was in her early stage.
He saw her got up made him go to sleep and made her way up the stairs slowly and carefully as she could and he also made him way and followed her he wanted to talk and be with her as the whole day he was busy with office work and what's not.
She knocked on the door softly before walking in to see her laying down on her bed sleeping while her husband stocked her hair making her feel safe. She smiled at him and he smiled back telling her she could put Amrit in his cot, which she then made her way to the white cute cot covered with blue and teddies, a blanket, mobile set right on top, small pillow. She nicely lied him down and tucked him in and made sure he was in a right position as she didn't want to do the same mistake as last time.
Gaurav: did he fall asleep quickly
Khushi: yeah... how is she
Gaurav: still in pain
Khushi: I can understand... just keep rubbing her back and keep a warm hot water bottle with her
Gaurav: thanks for the advice... and thanks for looking after Amrit
Khushi: oh no problem I loved looking after him.
Gaurav: hum
Khushi made her way to the door when Gaurav stopped her "Khushi I am sorry for your lost..." he said "oh... it's... its ok... I bet... I see you later..." she said before rushing out of the room with tears in her eyes to then rush back into her room closing the door behind her which then made her realise what she just did... she just ran.
She touched her stomach and gripped onto her top letting her tear fall freely.
She then felt him wrapping his arms around her waist resting his chin on her shoulder which made her alert and quickly wiped her tears.
Arnav: Jaan why are you crying
Khushi: I... I am not... Arnav did you call her parents and told them they will be staying here for a while as she is not fit to travel.
Arnav: yeah I did not worry.
Khushi: ok...
Arnav: Khushi come on it was a mistake which happened a year ago... please forgets it and let's move on to the future forget about the past.
She turned around and hugged him tightly and sobbed into his shirt while he rubbed her back and hair trying to control her.
Khushi: how can I... what kind of mother am I Arnav... I kill...killed my own child... I
Arnav: Khushi stop.
He broke the hug and cupped her face and wiped her tears and told her "Khushi I could of happened to any one... many babies die... Khushi and ours just happened to be one of them... Khushi I know it hurts and it going to be hard but if you are going to do this then we are not moving anywhere are we... Khushi I know many people's babies who die from cot death.
Khushi: it was my fault I didn't put her in right... she suffered and she couldn't breathe... I can't believe I did that to our baby...
Arnav: Jaan please
Khushi stopped crying and looked into his eyes
Khushi: I don't want to make the same mistake again
Arnav: you won't Khushi... don't worry when our baby one day will come you would be a great mom that you are.
Khushi: Arnav... it's not that far
Arnav: what?
Khushi: I am a week pregnant...
Arnav was shocked and happy: what omg really Khushi I am so happy... thank you so much... I am going to be a father again and you mom
Khushi: yeah...
Arnav: why are you upset Khushi
Khushi: what if...
Arnav: don't think like that and you won't Khushi I know you won't do that... omg Khushi your pregnant I am so excited... and now lavanya's baby will have a friend to play with
Khushi: yeah... true.
Arnav hugged him and kissed her forehead.
Khushi: I love you so much
Arnav: I love you too Jaan
