Liked her reply that she moved in because he wasn't living alone. Good thinking! You c ould probably add something like Arnav was concerned for her safety and asked her to move with her as she was living alone. Just a suggestion.

Other than that, there are a little typos and grammatical errors which if corrected, might increase the fluidity of reading.
