Trust me, this story is not moving at a fast pace. Right now, the only thing between them is attraction.I'm trying to keep the characters as real as possible, and I don't know about anyone else, but when I'm around a really hot guy, I get all quiet and shy. Then, you have a hot guy who you're attracted to, which amplifies your timidity and you feel kind of uncomfortable in their presence because you can't explain the attraction you feel for someone who you've just met. Furthermore, when that guy, you so so desire, starts to stare at you like there is no tomorrow, you will feel conscious and in some cases, such as Khushi's, you'll blush because of the unavoidable attention he's giving you.Finally, Khushi did not leave the restaurant because he was not there, I'm sorry that I didn't make it clear enough. But actually, she left because she honestly thought that she had just imagined him at the restaurant in all his smirking glory which made her pause and think - 'wait what?' What I was trying to portray was that she was suddenly conscious of her thoughts and she couldn't explain why she was dreaming of him. Usually, something like that would make a person feel light headed, and if I was in her position I would have wanted to go home and sleep to clear my head.So just bear with me and the characters in this story, I'm just trying to keep them as realistic as possible.Sorry if this post sounded defensive, but I just wanted to explain why Khushi acts and reacts the way she does.Hope you stick around to read the rest of the story! 😊
i'm glad that you explained it to me... i'm finally seeing things in a new perspective, something i wouldn't have thought of had it not been cleared to me... so thank you for that! i will definitely stick around, it's an interesting story, esp. now that the cat is already trying to look outside the box ;) thet wonders it will reveal...
