Part 34:

Arnav: Pag Phera?

Khushi: Hmm.. Its a tradition that the bride goes back to her House and stays there the entire day..

Arnav: So that means you can come back home at night?

Khushi: Hmm..

Arnav: Ok..

He moved to the shower and Khushi finished her tea till then.

Arnav came down immediately after he dressed up and Khushi went to Shower.. Arnav saw Buaji entering the house and she was welcomed by Nani..

Nani: CHotte.. Touch her feet.. Afterall you are her Daamad too..

Arnav gave a smirk to Nani not wanting to do all this.. And the not finding any response from Nani, he had to touch Buaji's feet and take her blessings.. Buaji was very much restless.. She wanted to see Khushi at once.. Only her Nandakishore knew what this Beast Daaamad of hers had done to her daughter last night.. She saw Khushi getting down the Stairs in a Yello Saree with the Mangal Sutra on her neck and Sindoor on her forhead.. Few Yellow Bangles and gold earings.. She looked cute and obviously not as bad as Buaji expected.. She came running to Buaji and hugged her..

Buaji: How are you Sanka Devi?

Khushi: I am fine Buaji.. How are you? And Amma and Bauji?

Buaji: Ohh!! Dont worry about us.. We all are fine.. And now I will be taking you with me.. So you can meet them as well..

Arnav: Nani.. I need to leave for Office.. Have some important meeting..

Nani: Ok Chotte.. But dont forget while coming back home in the evening, you need to get Khushi along with you from Buaji's house..

Arnav: I will remember..

He saw at Khushi once who was busy talking to Buaji and he left the house..

Khushi was in her Buaji's house talking to her Mother and Father.. They were happy seeing her smiling. It was afternoon and they had their lunch together.. Khushi was in her room when Buaji entered inside and locked the door.. Khushi turned back to see her..

Khushi: Buaji..?? What happened? Why did you lock the door?

Buaji: Because I wanted to talk to you about your last night..

Khushi: WHat? My last night?

Buaji: Yes.. Sanka Devi.. I know you married now.. But I know what is it between you two.. So dont lie to me.. Tell me honestly.. Did he harm you by any way yesterday night? I mean he is already so ruthless and after getting married to you I am sure he would not have left a chance to be worse with you..

Khushi had tears in her eyes.. She could see how much concerned Buaji was for her.. She hugged her and then replied back..

Khushi: Buaji.. He actually tried hurting me a bit.. But then I dont know what happened.. He backed off..

Buaji: REally? He backed off? Why? I mean when did he start becoming soft for you?

Khushi: I dont know Buaji.. But what happened yesterday looked far more better than what was happening with me from past a month..

Buaji smiled and was happy to know that Khushi wasnt treated inhumanly by her husband..

Arnav was in his cabin working.. He suddenly remembered how he loved her last night and then backed off.. He actually had bad temper problem. But seeing her in pain, he gives up.. He cannot see her sad or crying .. And definately not because of him.. Why? Why was he getting so much attached to her and her feelings.. Deep down somewhere he knew the reason for all this.. But he didnt wanted to express it to her.. He was scared.. Will she really accept him the way he wants? Well if she does, he would never fail to express what he feels for her .. But not otherwise.. He didnt like rejection . And currently he felt he would surely be rejected by her if he tries to confess his feelings..

He saw the time. It was 06:00pm. He continued working when Anjali called him,,

Anjali: Chotte what are you still doing at Office?

Arnav: People work here Di. And I am doing the same,..

Anjali: Ohh So you mean you have no time to pick your wife? Fine.. I will send Shyam..

Arnav: I didnt say that.. I will pick her while I am back home.. Ok?

Anjali: Fine..

Arnav worked for some more time and then left from Office to pick her up.. He parked the Car at the door and then rang the bell..

Khushi was in the Living room serving her parents Tea. She came to the door and opened it.. She wasnt surprised seeing him.. Actually she was expecting him to come and pick her.. He looked at her once and she moved aside for him to come in.. He came inside and Shashi and Garima greeted him to come in..

He sat on the Couch and Khushi stood opposite to him with Buaji..

Shashi: Glad you came to pick her Beta..

Garima: Khushi.. Get some tea for him too...

Khushi: He doesnt have tea at this time Amma..

Buaji: THen some sweet?

Khushi: Buaji.. You know he cant eat sweets..

Buaji: Ohh Yes.. I forgot..

Arnav: Thats Ok.. I dont need anything.. Lets leave.. Everyone is waiting for us at home..

KHushi went inside to get her things and she was followed by GArima and Buaji..

Garima: Khushi.. Dont forget to ask him about what we told you sometime back.. ok?

Khushi: Amma.. I remember.. I will ask him and then call you.. I need to check his mood first.. And when he is in a good mood I will make sure I ask.. Fine?

Buaji: And Sanka Devi.. What if he denies?

Khushi: Dont worry so much Buaji.. I will make sure he agrees.. Ok?

She hugged her Mother and Buaji and then came out with her bag. She hugged her father and Arnav got up from the Couch... They started for his car and Khushi started crying once again.. Arnav made a sarcastic face not understanding how does she manage to get so much of tears in her eyes..

Till she walked to the Car she continuously cried and her parents had held her hands..He sat inside and started the Car. She was still out.. He opened her side Window and then screamed getting a bit pissed..

Arnav: Khushi.. Get in..

Khushi and her family realized his temper would increase if she doesnt get in the Car now.. So Khushi opened the door and sat inside.. Her eyes still wet and he drove out..

On the way to RM..

Arnav: Khushi stop weeping now.. I told you so many times dont do this in front of me..

Khushi started wiping her tears but they were still flowing continuosly..

Khushi: You wouldnt understand these tears anytime..

Arnav applied the brakes and parked his car aside.. He pulled her towards him making her shiver a bit in shock.. He held her nape and then made her look at him..

Arnav: If I wouldnt have understood your tears, I wouldnt have let you sleep last night.. So never ever feel that I am not affected by your tears..

She pushed him and sat on her seat properly..

Khushi: Ohh!! SO now you have started getting affected by my tears.. Great.. Atleast some change in you..

Arnav looked at her in frustration and then drove his car silently. They reached RM and they got down.. He held her hand and walked at the door,.. She tried to remove his hand off her but he didnt leave her..

Arnav: Stop struggling Khushi.. I am not taking you inside the room.. We are entering home.. They should feel we are happy..

He rang the bell and Payal opened it.. She saw them and smiled.. Khushi left his hand at once and Payal noticed that.. Arnav left for his room..

Payal: Khushi.. Thats ok.. You dont need to be shy before us... You both can hold hands .. Thats allright..

Khushi smiled and then they both went in..
