Chapter 3-

Humiliation tends to hang in for a long time... Obviously, being branded as a permanent second option does choke one up. I feel she shouldn't have come back to India. Would have been better off somewhere where she could start afresh.

They plan to end it? Not even a chance? Lets see...

Chapter 4

Oh Lord... its hard to not to fall in love with a kid who has expectations from you... Perhaps the only one in the house who doesn't want her to replace Arpita.

As for his family- grade one dunces. Thats what I call them. Even if she had been a friend, she's a human first, right?

This one made me smile... the silly pranks, the laughter...

Chapter 6-

Quite a pretty gift... and a nice trip to look forward to.

I like the way they slip in and out of their double roles... Still able to read each other, yet unable to react.

There are a lot of little things I didn't mention in my comments, solely because its a part of the analysis I don't wish to slip into for personal reasons... But you have done a great job :)
