hi guys, here is chapter 5😊

Chapter 5

Khushi was devastated. Never has she ever expected to see Arnav speak like that to her. Neither did she want to see like that. What had she done wrong? Why did he treat her like crap? Why was she going out with him?

" He could have at least showed me some respect. God sake, I am a human being, im not a robot like him who doesn't seem to have any feelings. I do have a heart that beats. At least I care about other people; at least I don't make people feel like crap. Then again that's his hobby, how would he know how it felt. Guess people are right when they say that Arnav Singh Raizada is a ruthless character."

Khushi sat on the bed lost in her thoughts.

RM Mansion………………

Arnav sped to his phone. He immediately dialled Khushi's number. No answer. He tried again, nothing. He tried a third time, and he got a response.

"What do you want Arnav? Personally, I think you have said enough today-"

"Khushi-"

" No, let me do the talking. You say whatever you want to people, without realising how you are making then feel. You just feel like saying whatever you want whenever you want. Well let me tell you Mr Arnav Singh Raizada, you don't only have that right. How dare you speak to me like that, I am a human being. I have a heart, and I have emotions unlike some-"

"Khushi listen-"

Khushi decided to speak softly and gently.

"no Arnav, just please listen to me. Didn't you think once about what you said before you said it? Or did you just think that it wouldn't affect me? Well listen to me, it affected me, it stabbed my heart. It felt like someone just completely ripped my heart apart, and left it to suffer. What was even worse was the fact that it came from your mouth. I just can't stand you being mad at me-"

At this point Khushi was in heaps of tears. She couldn't speak for any longer.

"when you know how to treat a girl, then call me!" she immediately cut the phone before he had the chance to speak.

She let out a sigh. She felt guilty but relieved.

"should I have let him talk?" Khushi thought.

"No, what's the point? Probably would have said something nasty again as usual."

RM mansion…………..

Arnav was utterly confused. Should he be guilty? Or mad at Khushi? However, guilt was present. For the first time he felt guilty, and that for a girl.

"Why would I be guilty, what have I even done? So what I broke her heart-"Arnav realised the grave mistake he had done.

"I broke her heart?"

The guilt was slowly taking over him, his blood began to boil.

"How could I have done that to her, I might have hurt her but…"

Arnav was frustrated. He leaned back on the recliner and cupped his face in his hands.

He woke up with a sudden thought.

"That's it!" He leaped out of his chair, and ran to his phone.

Khushi walked out of the washroom, to see Lavanya on the bed.

"So, what happened? Why did you leave all of a sudden?" Lavanya asked.

"Oh umm I got a phone call from my brother saying to come home immediately. That's why I left. Sorry."

"Oh no its alright I was just wondering. Arnav seemed very angry when he came to me after for some reason"

"Yeh he always finds some excuse to be angry." Khushi mumbled under her breath.

"What did you say?"

"Oh nothing, I should really go home now.."

"Oh ok bye, drive back safe."

Khushi's house…………..

Khushi got home, and fell onto of her bed. The thought of their phone call was constantly racing through her mind every moment. All of a sudden, her brother came bashing through the doors.

"What have I been hearing Khushi? Apparently you're going out with Arnav Singh Raizada? You didn't tell me? Im your brother for heavens sake!" Khushi's older brother Virat started to screw at Khushi.

Khushi knew how protective her brother was over her. He only wanted the best for her. He didn't really like the idea of Khushi going out with anyone because he know what the boys are like in reality.

"Bhai…….. I was meaning to tell you but I just got so caught up in everything and stuff!"

Virat turned away with rage.

"Listen to me Bhai." She walked up to him and placed her hand on his shoulder. Swiftly she turned him around towards her.

"listen, he cares for me a lot!" Khushi tried to hide her insecurity.

"you may not like it, I know. But you have to think about me as well, I really like him and if he likes me then….. you know why not?"

"Khushi, I know these types of boys, especially that one" Virat instantly bit his tongue.

"what do you mean by that one?" Khushi questioned.

"That's not relevant I guess, all boys are the same"

"Listen to me Bhai, he loves me"

At that moment, the door bell rang. Khushi rushed to open to see…. A basket full of roses. Red roses. Virat walked up behind her followed by a gasp.

Khushi read the note on the side:

Dear Khushi, you weren't listening to me, so I thought that this would help. It was important for you to know that it was my fault. I should have never had shouted at you. Please accept these flowers on my behalf. You could say as a sorry present.

Again,

Im really sorry.

A bright smile lit up on Khushi's face.

"Awww he said sorry, and that to me! How cute!" Khushi thought.

She turned towards her brother.

" see Bhai, he loves me, why would he send me flowers if he didn't?" Khushi said cheerfully.

" Khushi, I only want the best for you, im the last person to want your heart breaking. Ok?" He cupped Khushi's face and gently kissed her forehead.

Raizada Mansion…………..

Arnav sat back and got lost in his thoughts.

"has she got the flowers yet?" The thought kept pestering Arnav's mind.

Arnav suddenly got up.

"What am I doing? I shouldn't have sent the flowers!!! Oh god, it would have been better if she stayed mad at me? I can't break up with her now!"

Arnav thought long and hard and he finally came to a conclusion.

"I am going to break up with her tomorrow. No matter what she says. No matter what she does? I am breaking up with her, and that is final"
